They arrived early to the venue to set up and already had all of the bar supplies needed (meaning I didn't need to purchase these). Both are great bartenders with friendly, outgoing personalities. I had a lot of guests comment on how nice it was to have professional bartenders at the party vs just having coolers of beer and everyone trying to figure out how to make a mixed drink themselves. After the contract was written, and 7-8 months before the wedding my daughter and her fiance tried booking a meeting with her to gather more information and try the cocktails. Courtney would not return phone calls. Finally a meeting was scheduled, but she cancelled; this happened several times. 3 weeks before the wedding Courtney tried increasing the cost and changed various things that were on the contract. It was all about the money. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Just all around horrible person. She cancelled the contract when we asked about the increases in costs. Then refused to refund our deposit after SHE cancelled. After posting, Courtney tried saying we were not under contract - she knows very well my daughter was under contract with her and that she refused to refund the deposit. I have been told by others over the past two days who have been in the field a long time that this is a company you don't want to do business with. The five stars must be friends of Courtneys, I can't imagine anyone being happy with her attitude.

Since my birthday is in April and she created some special cocktails celebrating some April-born Queens, Selena and Billie Holiday, I KNEW I needed those drinks in my possession. The Selena drink was tequila-based and the Billie Holiday drink was gin-based. If you follow Charismatic Creations on social media, you know the owner's favorite spirit is gin which on the other hand, is not mine. However, I kept an open mind and I absolutely loved that Billie Holiday drink. Both drinks were delicious and she provided lavender rose sugar to rim my cocktail glass with. I love that this business uses fresh local ingredients in their products.
