When we tried to return a few items, we were told about a restocking policy we had never heard of before. On top of that, the staff didn't seem to know the details and had to contact the accountant instead of speaking with a manager. There was even some question about whether the items were returnable at all, which caught us off guard given the history. We had our receipt and the alcohol was delivered by your staff last night!!! After 6 years of loyalty and following the advice of your team, we left feeling dismissed, confused and disappointed.
