You're basically on your own here as the small, crowded strip mall location forbids carrying any vino, spirits or brew not capable of advertising on the NFL. So, if you're objective is to pick up a major brand quickly without assistance this overpriced oasis works. Keep your foraging mainstream and you'll be fine as long as you're not looking for any inspiration from the staff. And, with an eye towards convenience, if you're looking to help defray the cost of your adult beverage acquisitions, don't be shy about selling a pint of plasma next door at the for-profit blood bank. Poor service. I ordered bottles 11 days ago. No messages from these folks. Emailed yesterday. They haven't responded. Called today. Hard to speak with Naresh and he said online dept went home. It is 2pm their time. Bad service. Not cheap either. Please pay attention to your customer feedback by responding here. I admire the entrepreneurialism that led them to go online. After searching all over stores and websites, I found the wine I was looking for. I won't say the name of that wine because last time I wrote the name of the wine, it got sold out. Prices are usually good, but cust service not so. Particularly dangerous is the amount of time before the "online" order and its processing. It appears to be a slow, manual (!) process rather than a computerized one, so that it is quite possible that you will learn a week after you placed an online order for an item in stock when you placed the order, that the item was not 'pulled from stock' at the time of the order, but, instead, during that week it sold out and the next and only thing you hear is an email cancelling your order thank you very much. read more

The new store in Howell Plaza next to the goofy golf place is awesome. It's so clean and Jeff is great, very professional, friendly and kind. He ordered my favorite non-sulfite wine, my brand of cigs and had them available in just a couple days. The prices are pretty much the same as other liquor stores, they have a large variety of everything and keep the store fully stocked. read more

Don't waste your time. There are plenty of vendors out there and these guys are not professional. I ordered a vintage from 2005, they placed the order, charged my card, and two days later they inform me that they don't have this year, but that they have 2011. I ask for discount, since 2011 vintage is not as good as 2005. Two days later they cancel my order. Really??? I just wasted four days on a gift that must arrive before Christmas. Your lack of communication is terrible. First, you shouldn't "inform" that the next vintage is 2011, you should "ask" if I would consider a different vintage. Second, why would you cancel the order without asking first??? Just because I asked for a discount??? Avoid them, their customer service is non-existant. read more

I have done business with them on the net for years. I understand your mileage might vary but my experiences have been extremely positive. Yes they have run low and after conferring with me shipped less than original order (with price adjusted) and on another occassion I had to select an alternative bottle (with their guidance) but they have always phoned me when there were issues and offered me alternatives that were as good or better both quality and price wise, as what I couldn't get. Zero stars for this type of business practice. bait n switch. advertise wine available. order a case and next morning they have zero bottles?? take your order, all your info, and bill your credit card then want to change vintages or give you a refund. my fault-all i had to do was read their reviews, called to confirm they actually had the wine, and then move on to the next shop on wine searcher. their email says hope to see you again soon...NO CHANCE!! read more
