The cashiers are GREAT!!! I used to frequent this lil hood spot, but today was my last time! I ordered the catfish, which used to be really good, but the last couple of times it's been different. They aren't black owned. Just a black cashier. Asians own it. They have a "no mask no service" sign posted. While I was there, they stilll served maskless WHITE people. All of the black people complied with the posted sign. It's crazy how they let the WHITE people disrespect the posted mask sign; by still serving them maskless and them not saying anything. ALL the while 90% of the customers are black. Unless I'm mistaken, this is the same place as Rooster King, or at least that's where Apple Maps sent me. I was planning to get the fried catfish and they still had it and you got 4 pieces instead of 3 for the price on the Rooster King menu so I wasn't going to argue. Went to this spot Wing and Fish and ordered a 6pc wings with shrimp fried rice. I asked that they ONLY put onions and egg in the rice NO peas and carrots. I ordered dry lemon pepper and for the life of me I do not understand why this is the hardest task. When she opened the box to show me my food the wings looked WET, but after looking closer it wasn't sauce it was grease. There was also no lemon pepper on the chicken. She told me I could use the sprinkles that were on the counter.
