I placed an order for carry out and was told it would be ready in 20-25 min. I arrived in about 25 min and I was told that the food was not ready. I had to wait another 25 min for my food to be ready. When I got home I just realized that my order was incomplete. I called and informed them about the situation. The person on the phone told me I could come pick up the rest of the order or I have up to a week to get the order. I asked to speak to the manger because I did not want to get the order this day and I did not want to have to come back within a week. I told the manager about my concern and that if I had to go today I would rather just get a full refund. The manager told me to bring the food back and that he would give me a full refund. I found it very disturbing that the manager would actually except the food back during this Covid pandemic. Not once did any employee nor the manager apologize to me. This location has the absolute worst customer service. First, a call is placed, for an order to go and JOEL place me on hold for 10, then they purposely hang up. I call back and they place me on hold again after not wanting to hold. Upon arriving I call to see if my order is ready and the young lady named LIZ, who answers the phone is completely rude she doesn't know if my order is gonna take 30 or 25 minutes. After asking her how much longer she says ummm maybe another 10. I ask if I still need to wait in line because my phone is going to get cold and SHE HANGS UP! Yes you read that correctly, she hung up! I understand it's busy but have someone only taking phone orders and only one lane for pickups. After arriving I still have to wait another 15min in line to pay for my food and by then my food was cold. All of this could've been avoided if the correct wait time would've been given, if they were courteous enough to allow me to pay when my food was ready not 15 after it was sitting there and if they knew how take care of the customer and not giving attitude. read more

Very good wings, I always go here with my friend. If you like spicy things I recommend the 'extra hot' sauce which had me crying after the first wing. Me and my wife use to love the wing barn on Pablo Kisel but the service really started sucking and we had enough last time when we sat there for an hour waiting for our food even after telling the staff. We decided to come to the one on Boca Chica hoping it was better but was more of the same. Me and my wife sat there watching families of six who had ordered after us get their food before us two. Even the gentlemen in the table next to us noticed that we hadn't been served and when I called the server over he even jumped in that we had been waiting longer than other guests. The server kept telling us that our food would be out shortly but then again served another table who had gotten there 30 mins after us. I then again asked what was happening with our food which he replied "5 more minutes". My wife had ordered a burger with sweet potato fries and the server gives her the plate with a burger and burnt black sweet potato fries. He tells her that the cook is preparing her some more fries since her burnt those ones. 10 minutes later he hands us an order of slightly less burnt sweet potato fries. Wing barn management it dropping the ball, the service there has gone way down hill there on Boca Chica and the one on Pablo Kisel. This is the best place to get wings from. They have great sauces to choose from. The rasberry chipotle sauce is my favorite. Their grilled corn is amazing. The burgers are great. So many delicious things to choose from. It is also a great place to watch sports. Highly recommended. read more

I've had wings from here twice and they are real wings (not drummettes). The 2nd time I actually called in the order asking questions about the menu and specials. The young man who answered was patient and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't try to rush my order. We ordered a total of 50 wings, 2 orders of fries, and fried mushrooms.
