I called on a Monday and left a voicemail, Gavin called me Wednesday and we made an appointment for the 12th! The day came and the shop was pretty easy to find. The Parking situation isn't ideal, but it's nothing that would keep me from coming here. When we came in to be honest it wasn't a super friendly environment, it felt like the people who were working there were almost bothered by us coming in. Aside from feeling kind of unwelcome, we got started on the paperwork while Gavin was finishing up with another client. The paperwork was easy to understand and didn't take too long to go through. Then Gavin showed us the jewelry options, there were plenty to choose from and he was very knowledgeable of all of them. I decided I'd like to go first. He prepped his station and we were ready to go. The Shen men piercing can be helpful for anxiety management because it goes on a pressure point. The specific pressure point can be slightly different for everyone. Gavin took his time to test and find just the right spot for each of us. Very thorough, respectful, and kind. He explained every step of the process which definitely helped us all feel more comfortable. He cleaned his station after each one of us and was very professional the entire time. I love my piercing! I feel like the service itself was priced fairly and Gavin made it a great experience. I would recommend Gavin to anyone and everyone! I was asked to bring it back, and after bringing it back once, I was told that it was likely only the manager could put it back on or that I could try the Orem location and hope one of their employees could do it. I have called twice and left a voicemail but have not been contacted by him again. I don't recommend this place, now I have to find a jeweler and hope they can fix it.

Online read they were a family friendly shop that strive to surpass the expectations of clients. I was impressed by that so I messaged them an image of what I wanted and asked for a quoted price. They were prompt to get back to me with a quote of $80 because what I wanted was small and that was the minimum. Seemed fair to me I scheduled for the following day. This was my first tattoo and I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect. When I arrived at the store there were a few people hanging out outside that greeted me and asked me to go on in and fill out the paperwork. Entering the establishment I felt it was clean and professional. After showing the artist what I wanted again and where I wanted it he quoted me $100. I was a little taken back by that. I felt he really was taking advantage of me because he know I was scared and that it was my first time. I agreed to it and waited for him to prepare for me. While waiting they turned music on in the building that was far from inviting. It was rap of some sort and every other word seemed to be the "N" word. My artist was ready for me and I agreed to the drawing and location. He prepared the area and began. I was surprised that it did not hurt whatsoever. He made me feel comfortable and it was pretty quick work. I think I was there in and out in 30 minutes. Aftercare instructions were vague but that was okay with me because I had a lot of family with tattoos that could help me out. I am happy with my tattoo but if ever I get a second, I will go somewhere a little more reputable.

my partner and i came across this place after being disappointed by a piercing salon nearby, and we…read moreare so glad we did! i wanted to get my septum re-pierced since i had to take it out after an injury a couple years ago. sas offered to try and recover the old piercing and she actually was able to, saving me months of healing compared to getting it completely re-pierced. my partner got two cartilage piercings in both ears and our piercer took extra time to make sure everything was even and appropriate for her ear anatomy. also, they use medical grade titanium for the jewelry they pierce you with which is so awesome because i have bad reactions to surgical steel jewelry. we left very happy campers.

Oh my lord! Not only did they stick me with an apprentice who couldn't even do shading, but they…read morealso had zero support or supervision whatsoever when I was being tattooed. I also stated a set budget and even still the apprentice charged me an hourly shop rate because he took 5.5 hours to complete a 2 hour tattoo that would have looked perfect, if he knew how to fucking use the machine. Multiple times (2-4) would the artist hit the bottom of the ink cap and still not replace the needle, even after it barbed and caught my skin seconds later. The lines were ok but he also was using low voltage and a the tiniest fill needle possible so the fill took 3 hours!! That is insane! Then when I reached out saying this is unacceptable paying over 325$ for a shit tattoo id need fixing (not from the apprentice), and gave many reasons along with safety concerns I was ignored by the owner. Told I will not be getting any money returned, and now since asking for the footage of the inside so I can take their ass to court for malpractice and negligence, the owner has gone ghost. This shop is run by a terrible businessman who is shafting his apprentices by taking half their pay, and then gives them zero training nor supervision. I will not be coming back and I recommend you steer clear! I feel ignored and as if the owner could care less about the permanent shit stain on my arm.
