The oil was changed and a little tinkering was done in about an hours time. They charged me $1000 for this small job. I called the owner and asked why he had charged such an outran out of money. Then to top it off, the tech came and returned my keys, stating that in order for me to save time they left the locking mechanism unlocked. This didn't seem right and U talked to someone and he said he would come out and get the lock to work. This man did show up and bent the metal frame back into place and got the lock to work. Mr. Sparky sent an a Accomplished technician to work on my generator and couldn't even figure out a simple way of locking my generator. Makes you wonder how bad it was that they had overcharged me abundantly and then didn't have the foggy ass of how to lock the door of the generator I would never send a person that is elderly to deal with these people. It's almost like they have a gun to your head.
