After being run around by a few other repair services thankfully I found these guys. Same day appointment for our clothes dryer that wasn't pumping out and was sitting for 4 days while we tried to find someone. Their tech Andre (spelling?) was prompt and courteous. I had to pick my son up from school right in the middle of the appointment window, and of course he called and was 15 minutes out and I was 20-25 minutes deep in a carpool line...no problem I'll see you then. Less than an hour later the culprit was found, one of the kid's socks had found it's way into the impeller. Tested a cycle and everything works great. Service call + the fix was $180, barely more than some places want just to come out and diagnose. If you're needing an appliance repaired, don't hesitate to call them!! read more

The technician came out to diagnose the issue with my LG refrigerator and confirmed that the compressor is dead and needs replacement. I asked him to proceed with the repair, but he refused, stating that he "doesn't like to replace compressors on LG refrigerators." He couldn't even provide an estimated cost for the job. So, just a heads-up to anyone considering calling this company: there's no guarantee they will actually fix your appliance. You'll still have to pay the diagnostic fee, and then potentially turn to another company, pay a second diagnostic fee, and get the repair done properly. read more

First, the company appears to go by Derek Appliance - the text from the service guy (Derek) said "Hero". No service report given to us - the person answering the phone said that they would have to ask "upper management". Came, appeared to fix problem (very loud noise when convection oven turned on)....but when we turned on that evening, new noise - sounding like the timer buzzer. Probably would not use them again. The dishwasher repairman could not find the age of the dishwasher so we did go with the quote to repair the water inlet valve. When he came out and installed it it would not go into the cycles so then said it was the control board. So $250 later the dishwasher is not working. I asked if they would just return the valve since that did not solve the problem but no luck. We ended up having to purchase a new dishwasher and are out the $250 for the still broken dishwasher. Thankfully this company responded after my daughter complained that it was unfair to charge additional money when the dishwasher still was not working. The owner agreed and refunded $125, only charging us for the part and the service call. It is nice that at least he listened to his customer and tried to do what is fair. read more

Quickest dryer repair ever! Tech showed up disassembled my dryer, identified the issue, repaired and changed out faulty parts, reassembled my dryer, and got it up and running...all this in under 20 minutes. Tech was extremely knowledgeable in his craft, and it showed in his skills as he effortlessly worked to get a very broken dryer up and running again. Highly recommend. read more

Bravo. Andre is one of the nicest young men I've met. He not only repaired my dishwasher, but he taught me many ways to enhance the performance of the dishwasher. They can only hook up the dryer vent to dryer -- they can not install the actual vent. Just a waste of my time....

My refrigerator went out, and I called several repair companies. I either got a recording or was told it would be two weeks before they could get to me. When I called Hero, a real person answered and said he could be there the next morning. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable.
