Service was lacking supervision. We were seated in the bar section, with only 1 table of 3 ppl occupied. For 5 minutes 3 workers were talking and laughing together before one came and asked us if we were ready to order(?). We ordered a drink and when that was delivered we ordered. The food was delivered and only one trip to ask if all was ok. Again, now we were the only ones in our section. Service was poor with so many employees standing around. I really have no complaints with this location. We first tried to eat here on a Friday night. They were so busy you couldn't find parking. Came back a different week on a Thursday. Not busy at all. Got seated, drinks, orders taken right away. I had a side salad as an app. I love that it is mixed greens. I do not like iceberg. Last night my family of 8, and I went to the Price Wingers for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was packed, we were seated right away. The waitress was awesome, and polite, she took our order and left, and a few minutes later she came back and stated that they just had a big order of 400 wings, and that it might be a while, she apologize. A short time later we got our food, it didn't take long to get served. The food and drinks were just what we had ordered. The restaurant was clean. I've always heard my sister talk about wingers and how good they are, so when we went to visit her in Utah we just had to stop by. It wasnt busy at all considering the small town and the fact that we ate at 2 p.m.. In fact, we had a section of about 10 tables all to ourselves! And they were following covid rules very well! I loved that they had a free appetizer and out of everything it was POPCORN! It was so odd, but very good and we had a good laugh about it. The service was great! Our waitress was very attentive and everything went smoothly the whole time. And at the time she was new, so she was doing a great job! The food was amazing! This was an ok place. The service was not the best. Never got a refill. Never got the chance to ask the waitress to reheat the cold dish of chicken fettuccine. My husband's burger was good. Seeing the other reviews regarding the wait, I could see that it does take a bit of time for the food to arrive. However, the idea of popcorn to hold it down along with our friendly waitress helped ease the wait. Two of us got burgers and one of my friends got the salmon sandwich. They were all pretty mediocre to be honest but filled our hungry stomachs to end the night. I really liked the aioli sauce they had for the fries. The burgers were a bit overcooked but I'm guessing the quality of the meat isn't great so cannot really be cooked any less. It really just wasn't juicy by any means and the buns were a bit sad and the whole thing was thrown together a bit poorly. Not a lot going on in Price so this is a decent place to stop by if you're hungry. I'll start off with saying that we had a big group and so I completely understand that it is difficult for 2 waitresses to manage. However, after waiting an hour just to get drinks and another 40 minutes to start getting food we all started getting upset. Many of us didn't get all of our food. Then to top it off when getting our checks there was a discrepancy in the check total. There was no popcorn for a waiting app (one of the reasons we picked wingers because we had 3 hungry little kids), so we asked if there was anything else they could bring us. She said she'd bring apple slices. Nice, but that took 45 minutes. When the food finally came, my order (bone-in wings--the specialty) was fried to a crisp. So dry it was inedible. The food was also brought with no napkins or silverware. My daughter was literally eating her mashed potatoes with a stalk of celery. I asked for a spoon and it took 10 minutes. I had to get napkins and the ketchup bottle from a neighboring table that hadn't been bused. At the end the bill was wrong. Overcharged for the two kids drinks--which are included with the kids meals. As we left, we commented that that was the slowest service they've ever had. They used the excuse that they were busy. Hmmm, there were 3 servers and a bartender for 7 tables. SEVEN. Well wingers Price we have never been more happy to get back on the road for our long trip home. read more

First time dining at Winger's while traveling through Utah. The food wasn't exceptional but the service was a pleasant suprise. Our server/manager , Idalis, walked us through a tough backlog the restaurant was experiencing explaining the wait, and what appetizers could be served fastes while waiting for our entrees. She was calm, composed and very positive. Looking around she really kept the restuarant running smoothly during a difficult situation. My wife and I were passing through Price, UT on a road trip, and decided to stop here for lunch. We were a little concerned after reading the other reviews (many of them mentioned long wait times), but decided to give it a shot anyway. The management is definitely trying to fix the wait time issue, as they timed our order, and it took just 11 minutes from ordering to receiving it. The manager asked to take our picture with a timer showing the short wait time, and gave us a free dessert to say "thank you." I had the original Sticky Fingers, and my wife had the Garlic Breath burger. Both were delicious, as was the free Asphalt Pie dessert. Great service and great management! read more

Tonight I went into eat with a couple of friends to the wingerz in price and immediately everything was off. All staff was sitting at the corner of the bar eating wings watching us waiting to be seated. Once we were seated we ordered and was very excited for our food! But then once we got our food we were disappointed and disgusted considering there was a hair in our food and nothing tasted that good and our sticky fingers were cold. I asked to see the waiter and told her what we were experiencing and she said she'd get a manager who happened to be tessy. We told tessy everything that happened, and she didn't say a word to us other than we were lying and she thought we planted the hair. The hair was dark brown and my hair is red and not to mention my hair was in a bun. She then left the table and avoided us. Our waitress had to tell her four times to fix our check. We are from Colorado. Stopped in for a few Apps. Wanted to sit at the bar to watch college football no problem. Wanted a Bloody Mary and my boyfriend wanted a beer. Waited 20 mins for them to even ask us what we wanted to drink. Took another 15 mins to even get it. Only 3 tables in the place that had customers. Our food came out way before our drinks. We had to ask for our ticket then we were not charged for the drinks. They had to go back and add them to the ticket. Served vodka tonic and vodka soda in Moscow mule cups because they didn't have enough glasses. Served wine in brandy glasses and champagne flutes. Food took over 40 minutes to be served. Server handed one of the people at our table a hot plate across the table that she was holding with a napkin but expected our friend to take it with her bare hand.
