This is the place where i had to return nachos to the kitchen because they had ZERO cheese, they came back and told me that they couldn't add cheese because it would burn the chips.... What a gem in Richfield Utah! Located next to the hotel we were staying at we found this place. They have a very cozy atmosphere and they serve popcorn as a free starter. Different but I liked it as my daughter is very picky but she eats popcorn. The chicken and their burgers are very tasty and everything feels very fresh. We tried their different sauces as well and they were a little bit too sweet but still good. We will definitely come back here. The star of the show was definitely their cauliflower buffalo starter!! Cheap, cute, wing place next door to Hampton inn. Terry course fairly early, and we were their last customers for the day. They had run out of the beer we wanted (ipa), but our server let us try something else (hazy wheat) before picking one (kings tail). It was so so, but we wanted to try the local tap. Wings were above average. Ghost pepper sauce was good with a nice kick, and "the lot" rub was as well. Oh, I adored them whether the wings come with veggies, celery and carrots, and our server said yes. When the food came out, there were just two pieces of celery. They start you off with popcorn. We came in an hour before closing so - the staff was tired and readyyyyyy to go. My order was wrong but I was so hungry I didn't care. The blonde ale was good. I love wings .. would I return? No. Do I recommend?... No I had to request more seasoning for the wings- some of the chicken tasted old or that there was or bruising or that there was blood inside the wing because of a broken bone and it was fried anyway and served to me. This place sucked. The name Wingers, you would think they specialized in wings. I ordered the Original Buffalo and Lemon Pepper wings with fries and Cole Slaw and some Veggies. The wings weren't hot first of all and the seasoning was missing. They just were Okay. The Coleslaw I spit out, I've never had such terrible coleslaw in my life. The best part of my meal was the free popcorn they give when you sit down. I gave it 2 stars because I was feeling nice. I don't normally give reviews but hopefully they'll do better. Stopped in with my parents on a road trip. Bruce the Manager seated quickly and Benny, our server, got our orders in shortly thereafter. Benny did a good job of making sure we were taken care of throughout the meal and was incredibly friendly. We ordered the sticky finger tacos, the Korean Q tacos, and chicken teriyaki rice bowl, All three came out quickly and were delicious. Not much in town and this place was next to our hotel. Went yesterday for dinner and had a good enough experience to want to come back again the next day. Waited about 25 minutes for our appetizer to show up, and was there for another hour waiting for our dinner to arrive. Stopped here while on a rest stop in Utah in our family cross country road trip. Never heard of the franchise but evidently they have several locations on the west coast. So that always exciting for me to try things and franchises not available where I live in Louisville Kentucky. I got the country fried queso steak and it just want very good. They give you two large pieces of country steak which is nice except they barely put any queso on them. Like my queso barely covered half of one piece and without the queso the fried steak was very bland with little flavor. The wife and I shared 10 boneless original wings. I will say those were much better then my entree I ordered. Very good and different flavor without being to spicy. So those were good. I also splurged and got a asphalt piece which was kinda like a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake with Oreos. Very tasty. My favorite part of my meal. Service was solid. We had a minor wait but only because they were properly social distancing due to the covid pandemic so I can not complain about that at all. All in all pretty decent place. Kinda has a sports bar feel to it without the tvs and things. They did have a drive thru at this location. So that is an interesting concept for a wing establishment. read more

HOWEVER, they had just reopened for dine-in and after seeing how they were set up and the spacing they had, I should have opted to dine in. My husband ordered the chicken fresca tacos and a caesar salad. He absolute loved both items. The chips and salsa were pretty less-than "meh", but who really cares about those.... I ordered the chicken tortilla soup, steamed veggies, and a house salad. The chicken tortilla soup was good, although it seemed like the tortilla chips had all broken down and just added a bit of thickness. I would suggest leaving those separate for the individual to add at eating time. The veggies and salad were absolutely delicious! The veggies were cooked perfectly and the salad was cold and crisp! Wingers in Richfield Utah was one of the most disgusting dinners I have ever had! I had fish and chips with slaw. The slaw was terrible- I took one bite and passed on it. The fries were so salty that I could only eat 1/4 of them. My fish chips were ok - I have had as good at the state fair. My wife had the wings which were marginal at best! Our server Kayla F. Traveling through town we stopped at this Richfield location on Saturday night 8/12/23 about 8:30 and had a not so good experience. Our server was pretty young because he couldn't even take our beer order which is fine, I understand each State has their laws. This server was completely overwhelmed. Half our order showed up after about 30 min. We had a large order of wings, I asked him if we could please have plates. He said sure but then went on to help other people right in front of us for the next several min. So I had to get up and go over by the kitchen and get my own. We waited after that and never got our garlic fries. I had to go back to the kitchen for those. Chicken wings were so bland, skin was soggy, fries were greasy and not hot and crispy like the menu says. My daughters Mac and cheese was sitting in a pool of Alfredo sauce! We dealt with it and ate cause we were so hungry. When we got the check we asked for a cookie zookie desert to go. Server brought us the check with a slice of chocolate mint ice cream pie. Funny thing is the receipt said Cookie Zookie on it! So not sure what happened with that. I showed him the receipt and I told him that's the wrong dessert he said "oh yeah sorry, I'll change it. He asked if I'd like to keep this one, I said "sure, if you're going to just throw it away". He took the receipt and went to get our correct dessert he brought it to us with a new receipt with both desserts added to it! So now he's trying to charge me for the mistake dessert. So by now we're ready to go, I head over to the kitchen area and he's standing there trying to explain to his manager why he needs to take the mint pie slice off of my receipt. Manager looked like he was either angry or didn't want to deal with anything, it was hard to tell. They're going back and forth over this and I can't believe I'm standing there watching it. I told the manager in a very nice way that I needed the pie taken off of the receipt because I didn't order that. He came over to me and took the pie from me and walked away, not a word came out of his mouth. So now my family and I are standing there waiting for our server to bring our receipt. Kid brings it to us so we could pay and finally get out of there. This restaurant is a joke. The sad thing is, this server was a kid who looked like he was really trying but had no clue about how to serve or multitask or when you make a mistake you "eat it" not the customer. I 100% blame the managers. They should teach these kids how to do the job right, not throw them out on the floor on when they have no clue what they're doing. The manager was there, doing literally nothing! The table next to us, did what we should have done and got up and walked out. The restaurant was full and all these young kids are running around like chickens with their heads cut off with no management help! This is ridiculous. I visited this location on October 30th, 2020, and started eating at 11:53 am. We started with an appetizer: fried cauliflower. The batter tasted amazing and was crispy and flavorful, but the cauliflower wasn't cooked enough and was tough. My friend is a wingers fan and says this is not normal. The second batch of cauliflower had raw batter on it. I had a crispy chicken sandwich that was really good. On point, actually. The house sauce was tangy and sweet. This was a home run. My friend had a salad, but only ate the chicken. He ordered wings afterwards, and I tried one. It was OK. The fries were awful, the second batch weren't better. They were all aesthetically pleasing and good for photos, but the aftertaste flavor was like the smell of a horse barn. **Update** 11-04-2020 I was sick for 3 days after eating at this location. I got a response from wingers that "more than likely, it did not come from our location." Their reasoning is that no one else filed a complaint... The only thing I ate that day was wingers.
