"Anybody Want a Peanut?": A Porter made with real peanut butter and milk chocolate giving it the depth of flavor with none of the artificial tastes. New Riders of the Pilsner Haze: A New Zealand Pilsner hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and SubZero Hop Kief. The Owl Farm Experiment: An Experimental IPA brewed with Strata, Mosaic, and Galaxy. Tropical fruit smacks you in the face with citrus and peach coming in the next round. The Diesel Fitzgerald: A Dunkel using Midnight Wheat and Dark Munich malts. It is a beautiful Dark Wheat lager that is light in bodied but full in flavor. Had a nice crisp and the chipotle with the onion ring & bacon went extremely well together. I loved how the fries were warm and crunchy. It didn't lack flavor either. They have many beers on tap along with bottled beer. I loved seeing customers 'Spin the wheel' as they drank whatever the number the wheel landed on. Oscar's Oatmeal Stout is brewed from a 1995 Pioneer recipe. For GOOD reason, two-fold: deeelicious & its a World Medal winning beer. If you think Oscar's is good? Try the nitro pour! Then....try the 12% Double pour!! Bar? Raised. This brewery was well worth the quick 40 minute drive. I am already anxious to make another stop!!
