A small but appreciated detail was the snow management in the parking lot, which made arrival stress free. We were greeted promptly, seated quickly, and given menus right away. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a pub. Comfortable, lively, and welcoming. Our server was very friendly and attentive. They use tablets for ordering, which made the process efficient without feeling impersonal. The menu is extensive with plenty of options for everyone. I went with tacos, while the rest of the table ordered their usual favorites, and everyone was happy with their meals. Overall, a solid pub experience and an easy recommendation if you are in Owen Sound.

Service was fast and friendly and I was out the door in about 10 minutes with my food in hand. The cost of my meal was $14.68 there was so much flavour in this dish it had me wanting more. I was not a fan of the beef but the chicken was delicious. My salad had lettuce tomato carrots onion and cucumbers and my naan bread was served warm. It isn't related to the other "Landing" restaurants that are around Toronto. There is a patio that looks out onto the marina. It's very lovely but we were afraid of bugs so we stayed inside. We noticed that another group that was originally outside moved in after it got dark. You can catch the sunset here though, very scenic! Inside they have normal tables and ones with loungey leather chairs. You tend to sink into the latter so it makes it a little harder to eat unless you're sitting right at the edge of the table. These would be great if you're just having a drink. Service was good. The waitress checked in on us a few times and our waters were always topped off. The food was the part that fell a bit short. The maple pork medallions were the best thing at the table. I ordered a pound of wings which is supposed to be an appetizer but was quite filling for me. Interestingly enough, I had wings earlier that day and this 1 pound of wings had more wings than the other place, so at least you got a lot more in quantity. In terms of quality, I had a garlic parmesean sauce. The bottom of the dish was almost all oil - I have to assume that this is from the parm oil. It almost looked like butter but didn't taste like it. The wings were pretty dry inside and out. I also found a tiny tiny fly mixed in with the cheese. Not sure if it was from the patio door being opened so frequently. My friend was also disappointed in the chicken pasta. It was pretty bland and she had to salt it a lot to no avail. We wanted to try the dessert to see if the meal could be salvaged. We ordered the caramel chocolate cake. This cake had a hint of soap taste to me. My friends liked it though. If you want something a little different than a chain restaurant, this wasn't bad. It wasn't as nice as other hotel restaurants but it was fine for a utility meal.
