I used to love to go to pizza hut but the last time I went there were new owners . I placed my order and paid little did I know that the server could barely understand English . When I came back to pick up my order nothing that I ordered was correct . Plus instead of putting bacon on my pizza like I ordered they put on chicken bacon that I detest .The prices are outrageous and the quality is below 0 . Of course, one has to wonder if the cleanliness (or lack of) of the public area is a reflection of what the kitchen is like. I ordered a take out order for a family dinner tonight, and when I got home and was spreading the meal out I realized that we didn't have the wings that I had paid for. I called in to the restaurant and was speaking with the gentleman that had run my order through, he acknowledged right away that there had been a mistake and offered to have the wings delivered. We live outside of the city limits and they do not usually deliver to our place which is why I did a take out order. And the delivery guy was very friendly when he came to our house. i've been to this place numerous times, mostly for their lunch buffet. The food, in my opinion is of good quality, and i'm a fan of their pizza, however, their bread sticks are typically hard and flat, nothing really to them. Their dessert pizza is less than favourable, and finally, their cinnamon bites are disgusting, riddles in a pool of grease. Their dining area inside is old as it hasn't changed the seats in over a decade. The booths have the seat area isn't secure as it moves, as well as the crumbs and filthy area around the seats. the tables are typically wiped off, but although i'm a fan of their pizza, i often worry if their kitchen is a disgusting mess, seeing as it doesn't have to be seen by public eyes. read more
