Grilled cheeses are made by buttering bread, adding cheese inside, and grilling the outside where the butter is. This looked like it was made in a panini press-- with no butter. Just dry. For $25. During one visit about two months ago, our server only made it to the table three times because he was too busy chatting with the female members of staff to do his job. He took our drink order and our food order. He didn't check in to see how the food was or to ask if we wanted another beverage. After sitting with empty drinks for over 15 minutes we finally got fed up and decided to leave. Even then we had to flag him down to get our bill. We should've just walked out, he'd have never noticed. A few weeks ago we had family visiting and they wanted to stop at Leo's for breakfast. When the food came everything was cold. I ordered a breakfast poutine but I was served regular hash-browns. The hash-browns were soggy. My breakfast burrito arrived cold and didn't come with salsa or sour cream. There wasn't a single person at our table who didn't have at least one issue with the food (forgotten item, wrong item, etc.) I don't know what has happened at this location but I've had enough and won't be going back any time soon. The manager/owner addressed my review on a different platform and their only response was "did you bring the issues up with your server?" so it's pretty clear that they don't take any responsibility for these sorts of issues and probably don't really care.
