This pizza is almost a 5 stars food item! The cheese coats the dough very well. The tomato sauce is sweet and delicious. The toppings were placed underneath the cheese. I think there was a good amount. I would have liked to have seen more vegetarian options. They have seafood toppings which I thought was interesting and cool. Wow, I am shocked their doors are still open. Worst service I've ever encountered Where do i start? We came in at 12:30 as a table of 5 with a toddler for lunch and are currently the only customers in the restaurant. From the start they had no idea what the specials are, after asking she referred us to a piece of paper but failed to mention the specials didn't start until 4, at this point is was 12:40. We took our time and got our order in at about 12:50. Our orders were simple, a club sandwich, xl pizza, wing meal and dry rib meal. They switched out their one server after ordering and the new one didn't even visit our table until atleast quarter after 1. We had empty waters and coffee around the table for a while and had to get up to ask for refills. I was drinking tea and asked for a refill, she brought me a pot with the old bag still in it and i had to ask for a new one. We got the pizza at about 1:20 and nothing else. On the bright side the pizza was good. 5 minutes later we got the saddest excuse of a clubhouse sandwich I've ever seen 1 piece of bacon, 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of lettuce per side with only 1 piece of ham on the other by the looks of it. The ribs came about 10 minutes later cold and missing the poutine. The toddler and I sat without our meals for another 15 minutes and everyone else was done eating before we received our food which was also cold. The fettuccine that came as a side for the wings were inedible and the caesar salads had nothing on them but croutons. The "garlic bread" was white toast with plain ol' butter on it. At no point during our service were we even partially satisfied and shocked that 110 dollars gets you this poor of service. We asked to speak with a manager and none was on staff. The server blamed it on the cook being new and busy but if he wasn't capable of managing one table why was he on shift by himself? They didn't take any owness or apologize but after explaining how awful our experience was they offered a 10% discount but after reviewing the receipt it was clear they made up their 10% loss by increasing the price of the orders. They had their chance to retain some business and apologize but decided to squeeze a few extra bucks out instead. Disgraceful service, everyone on staff should be looking for a new job. Will never return and tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague Yelp should allow 0 stars after this poor of service. read more

Some friends and I went to this location and order 2 pizzas, 3 poutine, and 1 order of cheese toast. The pizza was ok, the poutine had just some shavings of cheese, and the cheese toast was very dry (they didn't put any garlic butter spread on). We've been to other Western Pizza locations and this has the the worst of any we've been to. read more

After the 10 hour drive back from Edmonton my bro n I were craving some good ol Saskatchewan style pizza. The kind of pizza that doesn't look like it came from the supermarket freezer(I'm talking about you Alberta, B.C., Manitoba and practically everywhere else I've had a slice). I ordered the loaded. My bro had the pepperoni and ham. It was quite the sight to see my pizza when it arrived. I pulled my first slice away and could see 4 layers of meat with the green peppers, onions and pineapple mixed with the cheese. It was without a doubt one of the best pizzas I've had in my life so it's worth 5 stars. Our waitress was very friendly so service was worth 5 stars also. Bring your out of province friends and family to this fine restaurant and show them how pizza was meant to be. I'm sure they'll be converted lol read more

The pizza I picked up was incredibly burnt. The cheese on top was dark dark brown/black not really even cheese anymore so over cooked it was like a piece of leather, the ingredients inside were totally dehydrated and the crust and bottom were completely and totally black/black. On that day I didn't have the time to take it back and the pizza ended up in the garbage. It's only now I realize I should have saved it and taken it back even a couple days later. I can't believe Western Pizza's staff would sell something like that. It wasn't even food anymore! read more
