I LOVE trying new places so when I heard about this place I HAD to try it! When I arrived my first impression was that the space was HUGE for a wing place. After I walked in I observed how dirty the restaurant was. I'm not sure if they had just finished a rush but it was really dirty. I ordered my food and I waited about 15-20 minutes. I'm not sure why it took so long for my food and although they apologized , the wait was just too long especially when other people who arrived after me got their food before me. This review pertains to the Crossplex Blvd location. Horrible, Horrible, and then Horrible some more is what I experienced. I ordered two Philly Cheesesteak meals with all the trimmings. I was #266. I stood by the counter so I could be seen, and I waited for 30 minutes while person after person ordered and received their meals . . . #265, #267, #268. Where is #266? The cashier was very apologetic. The cook said he was waiting on the fries (after 30 minutes?). Once I received my order, there was only one tray, not the two I had paid for. Now, I had to wait even longer, no free drink while I waited. Finally, I received the second tray. Once I got home, I noticed that the Philly Cheesesteaks were not loaded. They only had a thin strip of meat and a layer of cheese. No onions, no bell peppers, nothing. I even had to tear the top half of the bread off so that it would be even with the meat. What a waste of my money. What a waste of my time. What a waste, period. There was no manager present, only cooks and cashiers. I guess the manager only collects the money but is never present when there is a problem. You will not stay in business for very long if you do not try to accommodate dissatisfied customers in some way. I would have enjoyed a free drink or a free something for my troubles. Ordered a 6pc wing combo and 10pc shrimp combo today. The barista said that they had "fresh juice". Their idea of "fresh juice" was cold coolaid with half the dispenser of sugar! New restaurant and so far so good. Food has always been fresh. I've been here on 3 separate occasions. Only once on a very very busy Saturday night was my order wrong and the manager went above and beyond to correct my order, even after I told him it was ok I would accept it as is, he insisted on getting my order correct. Hopefully they will keep this up as most wings places in the area start out good, but end up being places I wouldn't send my worst enemy too.
