This is the worst place I've been to in San Diego. I spent $40 for 3 items and two of them the chicken was so dry, no flavor, and hard. I got the "buffalo chicken strips" with mild sauce but that shi had NO SAUCE besides the chipotle sauce that I PURCHASED APART. I'll be going tomorrow to ask for at least half my money back since they're already closed. I made the mistake of not checking my order before I left since it was my first time here. Overall I gave a three rating due to the fact I love flavor and HOTNESS and that was missing on the French fries and mango habanero flavor. I, however, loved the fried zucchini and the fresh homestyle favor of the ranch. The fries were fresh cooked but has not season or salt so I ordered a side of cheese to dip them in. I got the 8 pc traditional wings with medium hot and mango habanero. I didn't get a hotter traditional buffalo because I thought the mango habanero was gonna knock my socks off. My biggest disappointment was the mango habanero because it was on the HOT side of the chart but was actually sweet with no hotness on them at all. The medium was about a mild level but the wings were edible just not the flavors I was expecting. It atmosphere was nice with tables and high tops to choose from with sit in or take out available. The two woman working were sweet and helpful. Besides wings there were Buffalo fries, cheesecake and even ribs (that had me curious) available. If I could give 0 stars I would. I usually go to the Wings Empire on orange avenue but it closes at 9 and it was around 9:05. I saw that this place closes at 10, so I tried calling to place a phone order but no one was picking up the phone. I decided to go in person and order. The food took 25 mins to complete maybe even longer. Initially they gave me the wrong order so I had to wait even longer to get the correct order. While we were waiting there were flies all over the floor, counter and tables. Gnats were going on my clothes and falling on my face while I waited at a table for my food to be done. By the time I got my food and left, I felt so itchy by being in the restaurant. I will not be going back and will stick to going to the one on orange avenue. read more

Called in for take out at 6:27, after being told to wait, when asking about the touchdown special. The girl taking the order had no idea what we were talking about. After getting across the order, she told us the total. Didn't ask for name for the order, didn't give us an estimated time until it was ready. When asking her about it, I got told ughh 15 minutes. We got there at 6:56 and our order was not ready, and they gave us a ticket that pretty much was a walk in for take out. 7:14 we finally got our order 50 minutes after calling in for pick up. So much for 15 minutes. That is unacceptable, they shouldn't accept call in orders if they aren't going to start the order until you get there and pay.
