Was walking out of the establishment with buffalo fries I purchased, they gave me a brown paper bag for it. As I was walking to my car, the brown bag ripped open from the bottom (due to all the sauce) and the food spilled all over the ground and on me! When I went back the lady at the counter said it was my fault. I did ask her to put more chicken in the fries since they fell in the street. She did remake them after I showed her my shirt, at first she was just going to repackage them. Didn't expect to ruin my clothes coming to eat here. First Yelp review and this place deserves one. What brought me into this business was the sight of seeing a group on the beach carrying a massive pizza box that looked like it needed a forklift to carry. Myself and two companions made our way to this establishment and approached the order counter. We were met by a gentleman and we proceeded to order their Giant sized meat lovers pizza. The gentleman doubted our abilities to eat this pizza in one sitting due to the fact the Giant sized pizza measures out to 28 inches. My groups arrogance got the best of us, as we had to accept our defeat and ask for a to-go box after we were only able to eat half of the pizza. The size of the pizza entertained me and that got two stars by itself. However, the pizza had an amazing flavor and did not lack toppings. The flavor and quality of the pizza gets another two stars. The last star goes to the atmosphere itself. It is an older looking and small restaurant, but I enjoyed it as it made me feel like less of a tourist and truly gave off the pizzeria vibes. The staff joked with us in a friendly manner and warned us the Giant sized pizza is best for "to-go" orders and meant for a group larger than three hungry and over confident individuals. Ordered the Giant Meat Lovers pizza. The pizza was awesome. The toppings, cheese, and sauce were evenly distributed. It was cooked to perfection in my opinion. The staff was extremely nice and laughed at us (3 men) thinking we could eat it all. They got the last laugh since we were only able to get through just over half of the 28" pizza. We asked them to cut it into slices which were extremely difficult to handle. Starting with the bad, but I'm not someone to just state what was wrong but also right. So the bad was that everything was transported in a heater bag, I mean everything including the mountain dew that was warm on delivery for obvious reasons, and the chocolate mousse that was melting for that same reason. The wait was acceptable I did have to change from carryout to delivery so I didnt mind waiting. The driver was nice and called so I could meet them downstairs. The pizza itself was rather good first time I had it and there is no doubting they are onto something there. I was a little surprised how small the red pepper and parmesean ratio was for the queen sized pie, though being fair I didn't even ask for any. So I definitely recommend there pizza it always comes out hot and fresh, crust is cooked to perfection my wife and I love to pick up from here, however there is 1 problem that I have. The wings. They are extremely overpriced I believe for 10 wings it's like 18 dollars and if they were bomb then I wouldn't mind paying that at all, but they are very thin most of the time, usually they're over cooked and have very little sauce on them which makes them very dry... let's just say 10 of those wings are definitely not worth almost 20 dollars. if they could drop the prices a little on the wings which I'm sure they won't haha or even just prepare them better id definitely would only pick up from here my wife and I usually pick up from there every other Friday so it's not just a 1 time thing but like I said pizza is bomb! read more

Yesterday I called in a large pizza from this place, my total was 7.75 gave the older lady at the register $10 (two $5 bills) and the exact change, she kept saying that I was short 5 cents and processed to put the money in the register without giving me back my change, $3. When I asked for my change she said you gave me $7, I told her no I gave you $10 and I told her look at the cameras because I knew what I gave her. She told me not to order from this place again. I never had a problem before but now I'm really never coming back. The way she handled things she shouldn't be working customer service.
