One third of that test was over stuff we did not go over in class. Causing me to fail the first time I took it & then I had to pay the fee a second time if I wanted to take it again. I barley passed the second time, cuz while I did know some of the correct answers cuz I found the information myself, there was still a lot on the certification test that I couldn't answer correctly cuz I wasn't educated on it.

Instead of being supported, I was singled out by the instructor, who said, "You should have answered earlier, now all the easy answers are taken," and made the class sit in silence until I responded. That kind of pressure and embarrassment is not a healthy learning environment, especially for students with anxiety or confidence struggles. Another student was also put on the spot when the instructor said, "Your parents go to a country club, don't they?" which felt wildly inappropriate and judgmental, especially in a professional setting. I expected an environment that supports growth and learning. Instead, I experienced discomfort and public shaming. I hope the school takes a serious look at how instructors are trained to treat students with professionalism and respect.
