It definitely came off as, "not her job, not her problem" attitude and left it on the customer to figure it out. I then asked if I could at least have a separate container since she refused to help. Pulled all my items back out, wings open on the counter and separated them there, sauce drip and all. Not 30 seconds after she was in the back helping the cooks pack up orders and get condiments. So what happened to her just working the register again??? Her name is Serena and she's not new here. She does know, she just didn't want to ask or help.
