The food is actually made really well here compared to some other locations but the customer service killed it. I needed help with my order and had a question for the girl at the register getting my order. I asked if she knew if the wing flavors were in separate containers. (For some reason they always combine multiple flavors in one box leading them to mix.) I was trying to catch her before she put items on top of the bag and rolled it up, but it also would have taken her 2 seconds to open the bag up and look inside and go ask the staff in the back if they could separate them. Instead she handed me the bag and said "I don't know, I just work up here" (pointing to the register) in the most dismissive way. It definitely came off as, "not her job, not her problem" attitude and left it on the customer to figure it out. I then asked if I could at least have a separate container since she refused to help. Pulled all my items back out, wings open on the counter and separated them there, sauce drip and all. Not 30 seconds after she was in the back helping the cooks pack up orders and get condiments. This wingstop made me fall in love with Lemon Pepper as they probably coat their chicken in the lemon pepper for maximum flavor. My go2 chicken sandwich is the Mango Habanero - it's an incredible combination with the pickles they put on the sandwich. Management seems to run a tight ship at this location which is the most crucial part to the fast casual type restaurant. Staff is kind which usually correlates to a positive work environment. I ordered online and picked up in the store, which smelled like dirty mop water. The gal at the register was friendly and attentive. I haven't had Wingstop in several years and I remember it being so good and fresh, especially the rolls. This order did not cut it and I was so disappointed. I got a 30 pack boneless and large fries. The fries were over cooked and burnt. The wings were dried out and the bbq ones didn't have a lot of sauce. I remember them having honey hot once upon a time but not anymore. One of the worst customer service experiences ive ever had. I walked in and 7 staff members were back of the house staring at me and some customer who looked like he had been waiting a while. BEWARE JUST KEEP DRIVING Do not come to this location. This place is very disgusting and customer service is not too great. Okay so before this location we always had to take a good 15min drive to Wingstop, so when this location opened up my family and I were excited to have one open down the street. Now, we prefer the drive back to the other location on Thunderbird. We gave this location a fair shot, five times in fact to give it time in case the flaws were because of the newness. It wasn't, and that's what's so disappointing. Every single order has had missing food, has taken a minimum of an hour and half after the initial order was put in to even have it ready for pick up, and for 4 out of our 5 orders the wings were over cooked with minimal sauce. ( so minimal the wings soaked up whatever they were sauces with and still dry) We have ordered at times ranging from 3pm until late orders at 9pm and it didn't change. Even when it wasn't crowded inside, the food never wavered in taking an epic amount of time for a pick up order. Twice our order sat in the bag at the pick up counter for over 30 minutes while we waited because they forgot to give it to us and every time we asked we were told it's almost done, this indicates a lack in communication between the staff. I hope this place improves, but for now we are done trying and would rather make the 15 minute drive to know our order is not only complete, but the food is cooked correctly, and we aren't waiting almost 2 hours to eat dinner after our order is placed. read more

Just went to wing stop for the very first time. Spent $27, an 8 piece garlic parmedrano and an 8 piece mild. I got home , ate 2 pieces of each and within an hour was violently ill, vomiting.
