This restaurant is a JOKE. I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app on 12/2/2025 order # 8144221244. Half of my order was not delivered. When I call the restaurant team member Belinda told me I had to come in to pick up the wings even though I ordered delivery. I was fine with it only to show up to the restaurant to a complete attitude from Belinda who then told me that she told me on the phone I had to bring the order with me ( she absolutely did not ask me to do this)! I then found out they hadn't even started my wings( I waited 20 minutes before even heading to the restaurant)! I refused to wait for them to then cook my wings once I got there and left. Belinda after my call with Laura today (12-30-25) told Laura I got my wings, a blatant lie. Check your cameras. Called the store manager Laura Rodriguez the next day (12/3/25) and she seemed very empathetic but I sensed she was brushing me off so I recorded the call and was told by Laura I would receive a refund within 3 business days. Almost a month later and no refund I call Laura today 12/30/25 and she told me she would re send the email to corporate for a refund and was brushed off once again when I questioned her for not seeing this through. If a district manager sees this contact me, this team member and manager are absolutely atrocious with their customer service skills and unless this is addressed you lost a family of customers. The lies and rude demeanor of this store is beyond belief. There needs to be accountability here for the manager and this team member. We ordered the chicken sandwich combo with mango habanero sauce and the sauce was very overpowering that after a few bites, it was not eaten. From someone who usually eats anything. Not sure if it's just short staffing or some technical issue or the managements utter failure - but after 3 doordash orders each take them 1hr+ to make AFTER the doordasher gets there, and every time they quit the job and get a new dasher, we tried to do a PICKUP instead of delivery... same thing happened to us. It took over an hour to get our order while about 10 others waited around also. My first choice, Woody's Wings, was closed. On a Tuesday! Ugh. So I consulted the GPS and it brought me a mile or two down the road to Wingstop. It's a single wide storefront in a shopping plaza with very limited seating, but the (well tattooed) staff was friendly and the place looked clean. I ordered 20 wings - ten hot and ten bbq. He was very precise with the time they would be ready: 14 minutes. And then a draft beer, but the counter-dude said that Tuesday is 'bottle for a dollar' day and after looking at their beer fridge, I got two Stella. Stella's my fave and to get them for a buck a piece is practically robbery! I took a table towards the back while my wings were prepared. Two tv's tuned in to a sports channels and watching the passing traffic of customers helped pass the time. When the wings arrived (actually a little early), they were seriously hot (temperature-wise) so I had to wait a little bit for them to cool to eating temperature. The "hot" wings were the right spicy hot for me - not insanely hot and not boring. The "bbq" wings had a good smoky flavor. The texture was good - solid and crunchy but not too much so. They weren't the meatiest wings either. My main complaint: they were literally bathing in sauce. So much that I had to wipe them down before eating. I also got a small fries to go. Wingstop has my favorite wings. They have a solid buffalo sauce with their original hot. It is just the right amount of spice with great flavor. The employees always seem upbeat and love working there. The best days to go are Tuesdays. The wings aren't any cheaper, but they have ALL of their beers for only a $1. $1!! That is right. This is the time to try different beers and enjoy some hot wings. The fries are also a bit different. They season them with not only salt, but also some sugar to give them a slightly different flavor than most french fries. The store on Iliff does a fantastic job. The wings I have ordered for both takeout and the dining room have always been cooked to perfection. I like the variety of spicy sauces on rotation, and the Twisty potatoes are just heavenly. The normal fries are good too, so when I am ordering for the family, sometimes we get both. While I am waiting for the wings to cook, I really enjoy the $1 drafts deal. It's a shame I didn't discover this chain until after I was married - I would love to hang out here on game day in the fall.
