Very delicious food! They have a solid menu, not too expansive that'll leave you looking for 10 minutes, but also not short to where you don't feel as though you have any options. I chose the chicken quesadilla and quesabirria taco. I love how they sell their tacos in single quantities. The quesabirria taco was average nothing spectacular but also not gross, so a win I suppose. The quesadilla was magnificent! It had decent flavor, although it could've used a bit more. They said it came with a chipotle sauce, but it was very minimal. I would've enjoyed it way more with more of the sauce. I could definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm craving another quesadilla. read more

The carne asada fries weren't The best, but the Quesabirria Taco was the best I've had in Colorado and their burrito tasted amazing as well. Delicious! This place is one of my go-tos on UberEats. The chicken is flavorful and not dry. The burritos are big and yummy. Quesabirria tacos with consome is flavorful as well. The Mexican red rice and beans are a little salty though, so I would probably skip those. read more

This is the worst experience I've had at this place, I will never return. My carne asada burrito was poorly put together, very oily tortilla, just falling apart. Tastes like a burned grill instead of carne asada. You know damn well you shouldn't have wrapped that burrito up and served it to anyone. Clean the fucking grill next time. Supreme chicken is aptly named. When a place has chicken in its name, that's what you should order. The chicken is fantastic. It's cooked to perfection and it's juicy. They use nice big chickens. I ordered the half chicken with two sides. Their "half" chicken is as much as many other places' whole chicken. My dad had the spare ribs. I tried them, too. I'm sorry to say, they were a miss. Stick to the chicken and you will be very happy. The sides were just OK. But did I mention the chicken? It's Supreme. The staff is super nice and accommodating. Most people used takeout but we ate on the premises. You order at the counter. They have a steady stream of people coming in who seem to be regulars, so that tells you a lot. Of course I had to try Supreme Chicken when it opened up near my house. I can't refuse chicken as it's my go to meat and the name of this place made it sound really good! I made a pickup order through grubhub and my order was ready within 30 minutes. I walked in the restaurant to pick up my food and wow is this place small. Also, it was pretty busy. There were about 4 tables and every seat was taken and there were multiple people in line wanting to make an order. I must have been the only person that placed an online order because the nice lady at the front knew exactly what I ordered without even asking my name. For $15.50 (including tax) I got 1/2 a grilled chicken, two 8 oz. sides and a few tortillas. I think that's definitely a great value for the amount of food you get. However, the food fell short. Although the chicken looked beautiful and was moist, there was hardly any flavor. Unfortunately, the macaroni salad and mexican rice lacked flavor as well. Again, the macaroni salad looked tasty, but once I took the first bite I tasted absolutely nothing. I would have to say that the rice was the best part. It had the most flavor, but could still use some more. If everything had more flavor I would be a happy camper. I believe this place can be great with some fine tuning, but it just wasn't up to par with my taste buds. read more

I had been wanting to try this place for some time now. I came here extremely hungry, and hesitant about the restaurant. However, they were amazing!! $23, I received a whole chicken and two sides. The rice doesn't have a strong flavor, but that is how I like it. Other places go heavy handed on that salt. The chorizo refried beans is where you'll get your salty out of. Their chicken comes out hot, I had to let them cool down before digging in. Although, it's charbroiled on the outside, but the inside is still very moist. I'm very happy that the seasoning is not too salty, and there is just a right amount of spice on it. The sauces that accompany the chicken are amazing! They are as spicy as I do like it, it's not for those Sriracha lovers, cause it's spicier! Service here has been amazing. They are very attentive to the little things. Asking if I needed plates for my takeout.... Be prepared though, it is a small family-owned business. The restaurant will not be able to accommodate to a big party. Wow! The food here is amazing! Ordered the whole chicken and Barbacoa, with sides of rice & beans, salsas, tortillas, cilantro, & onions. Chicken was juicy and the skin was nicely charred. Barbacoa came in a container with all of the juices, had leftovers and those yummy liquids was absorbed by the meat. Rice was mexican style and chorizo beans tasted like more. Love that I was able to make my own tacos and have a plate of food as an alternative. Food lasted 3 days for me and my wife and this meal was worth every penny! read more

Supreme Chicken is a GOOD! Definitely make a trip to Chambers and Iliff for some quesabirria tacos We dined in on a Saturday at lunch and was in and out. My boyfriend has been wanting to eat here since they have opened, but our schedules never seem to lineup. We finally made it in today and decided to try tacos for lunch and come back for the chicken plates, wings and ribs. They are known for their charcoal grilled chicken and then many seem to recommend the ribs/wings. We ordered the asada, Chicharrón, chicken, and the Quesabirria tacos, the Choco flan and the melon water. Everything was super tasty and delicious! I loved the pickled onions with a little bit of heat. Both salsas were also really tasty with the tacos. The Birria sauce was so good and rich! They are only $3 each and for sure will come back to order them again. Very savory, comforting and filling. Most of the tacos are $2.50. We will be back to explore more of the menu too! No veg or seafood options for non meat eaters but all the meats are so good. We live nearby and can now switch up our taco spots from Tacos el Metate, TacoMex, and here! One of the best taco shops in Denver. Chicken is also delightful. Inside is bright and kept clean, staff is friendly, and prices are not bad at all. Standard selection of drinks for a Mexican chicken and taco shop, but somewhat limited number of seating available inside. The chicken is grilled over charcoal and gets a nice charred flavor. The breast meat is inevitably dry, but not egregiously so. The rest of the chicken is perfectly cooked. While I love the char, I hoped to taste more of that marinade. However, the salt level on the chicken is good. The tacos here are special. Traditional street style, corn tortillas that taste homemade and 2 of them per taco. Meat piled high as it should be. The green salsa is bright and flavorful. The red is nice and spicy the way I like it with plenty of that red chile flavor. Adobada was my favorite with the right ratio of meat and fat, charred, and marinated very well. Chicharron was a very close second, crisped perfectly without being tough. Asada had wonderful seasoning and had a perfect cook on it like all their other taco meats. And finally, quesabirria was awesome. Tied as my second favorite, but obviously very different from the chicharron that it tied with. The birria is so juicy, the cheese is so melty, and the birria broth was just bursting with flavor. Dip that taco into the birria broth, dip any other tortilla in there (and ask for some more tortilla if you want), and just drink that broth! Don't waste that beautiful liquid. I wish they had tripas and buche. They don't have lengua either, in case you're looking for that. I enthusiastically recommend tacos from here. Chicken is very good too, especially if you like the char grilled flavor. read more

Coming from the East Coast where there is a Peruvian chicken shop at every shopping center, I was sure there would be at least a couple in Aurora. Super sad to see this wasn't really a thing in Denver! Browsed Yelp anyway and came across some beautiful pictures of charcoal chicken from Super Chicken and decided this would have to do. Placed an order on Yelp for delivery and my whole grilled chicken, 2 16 oz sides and tortillas (all for only $24) came to my door no more than 20 min later. I live super close, but this made me a happy girl. I took a star off because the white meat was dry, BUT this is likely because dinner wasn't for another hour or so, so the chicken sat on the counter for a bit before it was devoured. We absolutely loved the rice and chorizzo beans and this red salsa (that looks at first like VERY spicy hot sauce) that our chicken came with was DELICIOUS. My hungry house of 2 finished almost everything in this meal and we absolutely would order again! Not exactly Peruvian chicken and yucca, but this meal hit the spot! read more

I saw EatDrinkEct post about this chicken and have been wanting it since. Luckily while I am staying at Alfies and watching the pups I found that it is actually right around the corner. Score!! I ordered 1/2 chicken with two sides, which was more than enough food for just myself and made for a nice lunch, dinner, and morning snack!! I love that the marinated, charcoal grilled chicken is served with peppers and green onion! The flavor is wonderful and I love the chargrilled crispiness of the skin. I honestly think grilled chicken is the best way to each chicken! So juicy and flavorful!! The Chorizzo beans are phenomenal! The meal also comes with some tortillas, bomb ass salsa, and pickled onions. It makes for some delicious chicken tacos!!! Juicy flavorful chicken, creamy, salty, savory from the beans, an acidic crunch from the onion and the heat from the salsa. Truly perfect. I did also order the Mac salad (if you read my review of Adrift, you would know I have never been a fan of Mac salads but had a great experience that made me consider my feeling towards them) and it was ok. I would definitely choose rice next Time. But as mentioned I'm not a Mac salad kind of gal; it has to be amazing for me to consider it and I think there are probably only 1-2 that are in the category!!! Got dang that beans are fire tho! All in all this was amazing, and as the chicken was charcoal grilled I am pretty sure relatively healthy!! Then when they finally came out they forgot to give me half the order and tried to blame it on me that they didn't read the ticket correctly. The biggest negative was absolutely everything was bland. Not really any taste. The only thing with any taste or heat was the hot sauce. The broth for the tacos was even bland. Beans were very watery. Macaroni salad was watery and had tons of lettuce & carrots. Carne fries had no cheese or your typical toppings. Lots of steak, but the steak had no seasoning/ taste. The chicken was awesome, seasoned just right and crispy skin. The beans were great too, I think my only beef with them was with the rice. I may have just gotten a bad batch and I'll be back for more food to see if the rice is better. The plates I bought for both my son and I had dry, hard crunchy-like rice.
