Everyone sleeps on the wrap at SC. It's always good, filling and fresh. Drive thru is convenient And the current banana pudding jar is good- plus I love the jar as a keepsake I regret my dip choice of mango habanero it was too sweet but the wrap was so good it didn't matter. Alright, I saw this ad on UFC ESPN+ and the videography looked amazing. I was impressed and decided to google if it was close by! It was! As we walked in, we were greeted and they took our order. We had the wings (mango habanero and Buffalo). We had the Buffalo sandwich as well, hold the fried onions. The sauce selection was spot on. We enjoyed the sweet red chili and mango habanero. The slim sauce was thick but lacked flavor. It was almost bland until a little bit of black pepper hits. Nothing crazy. The building seems brand new and very clean. The floors were mopped without streaks or dirt. The tables were wiped down and presentable. The soda machine area was fully stocked and clean. Right from the street you can tell that this business has something special. The drive-thru line is long and people are parked for pickup. There are staff outside taking orders and although the line didn't move too fast, the food was worth the wait! The chicken is nice and hot. The flavor is something new and different, while tasting good! The fries aren't lacking in flavor or crisp and not to mention, the plethora of sauces that are offered. After running around with some errands, I got a little hungry and decided to give this place a try. I tried their other location in Aurora and wasn't impressed with the food there. I thought maybe give them another try, and I have to say it was just alright. Fries were kind of on the stale side, chicken was dry, and the toast was pretty mediocre. The service was good, but the food is pretty sub par. A decent place to get some chicken tenders in the area, but it's a little pricier than their competition. So idk if this place is always this busy with cars wrapping the building but the curbside is ON POINT! We didn't order ahead because we didn't know we were coming here but literally the online order system was easy and so customizable! Hit the order button and it said 11 min... yeah it was more like 5! Food came out from a friendly server and we were on our way. Impressive to say the least. The food was good, not a fan of the slims sauce and the the garlic parm as a dipping sauce wasn't a favorite but that's just personal preference. That Korean bbq and honey bbq are hitting though and I would totally do that again. The homemade chips also on point and hubs stole most of mine over his mac n cheese side. Plus easy in and easy out of the parking lot. They have a drive-thru!! This was very exciting to see as sometimes you just get a hankering for some chicken tenders or wings and don't feel like getting all gussied up...enter Operation Drive-Thru Slim Chickens. When we arrived, we immediately noticed how welcoming everyone was to each & every person who came through that door. Obviously some real time training was ongoing, but the excitement felt genuine. Jodi was the friendly trainer. She was helpful at the register and checked on us while we were eating. Sam was learning the register and he worked hard to be quick and accurate. He also circled by the table later on and made us feel right at home. Finally, Jacob was a younger gentleman who knew the ropes inside & out and had the customer service thing down. We were impressed enough that we took note of their names so we could make sure to extend our gratitude for such a pleasant experience. This was our first time checking out one of their brick & mortar locations. We follow their food truck around town though so we hoped to taste that familiar tasty, juicy chicken. Slim Chickens delivered!! We tried the chicken and waffles, a tender and wing combo as well as straight up tenders with fries. Everything was cooked perfectly, served hot and arrived as ordered. The waffle was that perfect golden brown most places strive for, but don't often quite hit. Each piece of chicken was loaded with flavor and so juicy. We noticed the dipping sauce options seemed more extensive in-store which was a nice surprise. Everything was immaculate. Yes, they're brand new and it should be clean, but they really seemed to be on top of keeping it that way. The space is broken into two distinct rooms divided by a large glass wall. I wonder if they host private parties in the farther space. It looks like the perfect setup. Speaking of which, the decor was very appealing. I loved the various lighting choices. I saved something silly for last, but two of the three of us commented on the drink options. First of all, they serve Coke products (it looked like eight were available) and had real Cherry Coke. Someone at our table was very, very happy to have this option. I was more excited about the four brewed tea options and a lemonade nearby. They had sweet tea, peach tea, raspberry tea and unsweetened tea. I would highly suggest a half & half of the peach tea with the lemonade. It was the perfect combo. Yes, we will still follow the truck. But for a cozier experience with a few more options that we loved, we will definitely work Slim Chickens in Centennial into our regular rotation. read more

I actually love this place. I'd never tried one until I moved nearby, now it's my designated chicken sandwich spot. Quality fast food that is consistent and delicious. My goto order: chicken club meal, tossed in Sriracha-garlic sauce, side salad instead of fries (cayenne ranch dressing), and unsweet Arnold palmer. The option to toss anything in your sauce of choice really seals the deal. I like the Sriracha-garlic which is a m8ld/medium spice (around Frank's red-hot) or the Hot when I'm feeling froggy which has significantly more kick. My one complaint is that I have tried their fried pickles 3 times and every time they are way too salty. I love fried pickles, I know it's a salty food, but this is crazy salty.
