This is a place for lunch with the cowokers at times, they have a pretty good combo that you can get for lunch or dinner. There are a ton of flavors that you can choose from. The people there are super friendly. The quality is a hit or miss sometimes though. The wings are usually good, but the fries are a hit or miss. Sometimes they are beyond amazing and at other times they just sort of suck. There is limited seating, but there is seating outside as well, but that isn't always guarantee with the Texas weather. Update: I thought I could never say this about this place. But I was extremely disappointed with my order today. I decided to try the delivery option and it was the worst decision ever! Let me just say first: I love Wingstop. It is my favorite fast food wing place to go. After moving up to North Austin, I started going to this location and haven't had any problems until tonight. I ordered online for pick-up and drove out to the store, as usual. I was met at the front by a cashier who clearly did not want to be there. I was asked to be put on hold and reluctantly agreed, only to be left there for over two minutes. Long enough for the call to be dropped. I gathered everything back in the bag and walked to my car to drive back to the store. When I walked in with my order, I was met with the same cashier who begrudgingly asked me what was wrong when I handed her the print-out of my online order and the bag she had given me. I showed her the print-out and explained that I was not given the right order. She asked me what was wrong again, and I repeated myself. And then she had me repeat myself a third time until finally a man who I assume was the manager came up and asked me to repeat the problem. I showed him the same print-out and pointed at the bag, saying that the order I had made was not what I was given. With a sigh, he just said they could remake the order for me and I said that would be fine. When I walked away to wait, the cashier from before picked up the bag angrily and walked it into the back. It took longer than I was told it would, and the cook who handed the bag to me in told me to "check the box this time." The order was correct, and I looked into the back to try and make eye contact with the staff as I thanked them, but no one acknowledged me. I got no apology. Went into the store today and ordered lunch. Someone with a very similar sounding name ordered before we did. We accidentally grabbed her order instead of ours and figured it out within seconds. While the "ladies" elected not to take the order (even though we didn't touch it at all), I must say that the staff handled the situation very well. They offered to remake the meal for these customers. Initially they agreed, but then decided to waste not 1 order, but 2 orders of food and demanded to have a refund instead. The Manager was very friendly and quickly took care of their request. Our food was perfect and delicious, as always. The wings are good, the sauces are decent, the boneless wings were fairly large, and they were quite a bit cheaper than Plucker's. I think Pluckers boneless wings might be a bit bigger, though. The fries were good enough, nothing special, and the potato salad is mayo based, which no one here likes, but that's just a preference thing. Just an FYI on that. The food was still nice and hot when I got home, about four miles away. The wings were bonless, which the site did not mention on our particular order. I even looked at the receipt when I got home, and it just said "50 piece wing family pack". Not boneless. Even the guy at the desk admitted that they just don't mention that on the site in some cases. This was fine with me, I didn't care one way or the other if they were boneless, but I could see some people getting upset. My other complaint is that the front desk person from which I got my order was really confused. He tried to charge me again, even though I had paid online with a credit card, which could've lead to an annoying double-charge if someone else had been picking up the order other than who had placed it. Another guy behind him had to go through their receipts three times before he found the receipt with my name on it, and confirmed that I had indeed already payed.
