Management needs to get involved with this store! Horrible customer service on the phone and in the store. The place is dirty and there is no help in the store to clean. We placed a takeout order and didn't receive what we ordered. When I called to ask for help, they blew me off. Bernalillo's is a small town that needs good restaurants but this place is a failure. This wingstop in bernalillo is terrible to say the least. The service was terrible, staff was rude and ignored me when i asked to pickup an order. The foods quality was not good at all, especially for the price. no seasoning on the wings, and very very bland. And The fries have obviously been cooked in dirty oil. Love the food here, but unfortunately this new location's service is terrible. We've given them several chances, tried ordering both over the phone and the app, and each time have had issues. EVERY time we order, we have items missing - CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! They also state a 25-30min timeframe for the food to be ready and each time it has taken over an hour (I promise this is not an exaggeration, we have time stamps from the app). Last time, we requested to talk to management who was an 18-20 something year old who told us he was giving us $25 towards our next order (half the price of our current order). I was expecting a gift card, however he just wrote the date and our names down in a spiral notebook near the register and told us to mention it next time we came in. Tonight we called in an order and mentioned the $25 off when we arrived to pick-up and pay. Not only was our food not ready in the 30min timeframe (shocking), but they were refusing to give us the money off. We nearly walked out without our food since we were NOT going to pay. The same manager was there, and was very rude. They need a better system for handling issues like this, especially when they happen so regularly. He finally gave us 75% off the current order - which was NOT equivalent to $25. To top this all off, we checked the order once we got in the car and they forgot a portion of our order AGAIN!!! Although the food is good, the service is trash. The employees treat the customers with no respect. I've seen employees give customers attitude when the customer is being nice. For example I was here a few days ago and a lady came up to get an update on her order in a respectful and nice manner, the employee i don't know their name because they don't wear name tags, she was wearing a hat and had glasses and was kinda tall just told her to "WAIT" for her food and told her off with attitude. My experience however I went to go eat and a little kid who looks like a high schooler who works there, at first when we got there I didn't even know he was ready for me because he didn't say anything except stare, he looked annoyed at the fact that I had came in, once I got my food and went to eat, half way done he tells me to move because he needs to "mop". Why didn't he just wait for me and my partner to finish eating and he could continue to mop. I've never seen or heard an employee tell a customer to move to a different area just because they need to sweep or mop. Whoever is training these employees is doing a terrible job at it and needs some training of their own. read more

I placed an order through the app for delivery. The app then notified me that my food was delivered but it wasn't so I called the store. They then told me that they don't deliver, it's through DoorDash. I said I ordered through the app but I guess the girl who worked there just wasn't getting that I ordered through the app so you should still have my information. All I asked was for her to check the bag to see if my phone number is on there but she transferred me to another girl who didn't have any idea what was going on because she just answered with "How can I help you?" By time I was about to ask for a refund the DoorDasher walked through the door. I don't understand why the app would say it was delivered if it was still at the store. read more
