She took matters into her own hands and had the manage cut our ticket 50%. That was fine, but it is clear that management has changed a few things that just aren't working. The main reason for my three stars is to ensure that something is done about how food quality has suffered! We don't want TMB going down!

The dressing was superb; the Tuna was perfectly seared raw, and all the items that came with the salad (mango, red cabbage, daikon radish sprouts, kale crunch, edamame, cilantro, peanuts, toasted sesame) made for a lovely and delicious meal. Our server, Tony, did a fantastic job of keeping us all happy. My only 'complaint' was that Boxcar doesn't serve their amazing Brussels sprouts, or at least not all the time. Not on the menu. I told Tony and the manager how much I love them and was told it may come back as a special from time to time. Man, the Boxcar Brussels sprouts are amazing! Third strike and your out. Came here three weeks ago and food was terrible. Cold ribs not heated correctly. Tonight's visit was just as bad . First the pint of beer had a floating piece of somebody's dinner.. not sure but it was gross... friendly staff fixed the issue and rightly apologize. So now I asked for a well done steak and lone behold here comes my rare delight. Still kicking and breathing.. Some people like the blood n stuff but if I wanted road kill I would go outside and sit with the coyotes... Sad thing is there quick to discount their mistake but that doesn't fix the problem.
