Consistently poor experience with wait time here, but was taken to a whole new level tonight. Ordered online and it had an ETA of 20 minutes. I didn't show up for 30 because I know how they usually are, and if that meant my food COULD be a few minutes old, no big deal. I show up, pay, wait another half an hour only to be told they've decided not to start orders until payment so that the doesnt sit out. So it's been an hour since I ordered, 40 minutes since I should have walked out the door with my food, and I still have about 15 minutes before I'll get to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is great. Ordering online is okay, but if you try to place an order for greater than $40 the site will not let you. Calling in to the store works and they haven't messed up any of the couple dozen orders I have placed in the past few months. I also appreciate how late they are open for nights when I am working late. The wings themselves are great - not breaded - true buffalo wings. First time here...Terrible customer service from employees. I didn't see cooks with any gloves or hair nets as they cooked/prepared food (employees had long hair). As I was waiting for my pick up, a cook came to answer a phone order then I see him scratching his head, ringing the register then went back to preparing orders without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Ive been a regular customer for many years. The food is delicious but the service has always been sub par. But I finally had the last straw with this establishment. Today while waiting for my food to be ready I watched the coke guy work on the freestyle machine. While he was working on it I saw him cleaning out roaches from the machine. That's unexceptionable. I'm am currently waiting for my online order. In total the order took over an hour. Online it said it said it would be ready in 17 minutes. I probably wouldn't be as upset if I actually thought that the employee's gave a shit. They didn't... they joked, laughed and did everything except prepare orders. Wing Stop has earned a spot in the "Sorry That Was Your Last Chance" column. When ordering over the phone or in person, I'd say it's approximately a 25% success rate of getting the order correct. Ordering online seemed to remedy this ... until for some asinine reason they put a stop to orders online of greater than $30. So, thanks for the hit and miss wings over the years we sometimes enjoyed. Buffalo WW ... no, you will not get future wing orders .... you're even worse. The End. Staff was very unprofessional. I walked in, no other guests were there. There were 2 cashiers chatting and kept on chatting while I stood there. Placed my order at 6:35pm. The cashier answered the phone midway through to take a phone order, which I found rude. Then I went to get my drink and there was no ice in the machine. There was an employee in front of me and I heard him tell someone to fill it up, so I waited. There was probably a total of about 7 different people working. Went to sit down to wait for my food and the lobby was trashed. 3 of the big tables were just stacked with trash and food. Paper towels and bones from wings on the floor. About 10 minutes into my wait someone cleaned up the lobby though. Then another 20 minutes went by. I asked if they could put ice in the machine (like 3 other customers had already asked) and they finally did. Didn't get my food until 7:15pm. 4 stars I know crazy right? I went on a Sunday afternoon with a friend. It wasn't too busy. The young lady at the counter was very helpful. I ended up ordering a 20 pieces with a large fry. The total was about 22 which was much more reasonable than Buffalo Wild Wings. I think they had a large wings (18 wings) for 23.99 which was not worth it. I arrived at 4pm and they said it would be 10 more minutes. 10 minutes go by, and 4 guys who were employees off the clock walked in and ordered. They all received their orders before me and 3 others waiting. 4:30 rolls around and an employee asks me what my order was and I told him my name and he said "Alright" and moved on to taking another order. I got my 10 piece and fry at 4:45. Again, I placed this order on line and it was supposed to be ready by 4 when I arrived. My fries were soggy and cold when I got them, wings were fresh. As I walked in, there was nobody in line, and the store had about 2 others waiting for their food. However, the cashier was busy on the phone taking orders, which is understandable, but I stood there at least 10-15 mins waiting to order. There was only 1 cashier at the time. Everybody else was busy in the kitchen. By the time I was ready to order, there was at least 6 other parties waiting behind me. The place is fairly small, so we were a bit congested by the door. I saw an employee leaving her shift, and later another person came in. So maybe that's why it was a bit slow, and I was unlucky. The cleanliness of the place is alright. Since everybody was busy in the kitchen, it took them a while to clean up and wipe up tables. The place doesn't have trash bins inside the place, so customers can't clean up after themselves. The food was really good though. I had the garlic-parmesan and lemon-pepper. The chicken was crispy even though it was drenched in sauce, which I enjoy. read more

Called and notified them, employee didnt seem very concerned seemed like they wanted to rush me off the phone.
