Didn't even put unagi sauce on the two rolls that are supposed to be to have it.
    Jessica D.

Not happy at all! Ordered $150 worth of food. 3 rolls. Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein, Honey Walnut Prawns, and Sesame Chicken. All looked like they were in small containers. Not to mention asked for each roll to have Unagi sauce and for them not to forget on each roll when I ordered. Not only did they not put unagi sauce on my rolls that were suppose to have them. They gave us one little sauce. So they expect 3 people to share one little sauce and mix germs. On top of that they give 4 little measly fortune cookies. So I order basically 8 meals and they give us 4 cookies. THIS RESTAURANT IS BEYOND CHEAP AND HORRIBLE TO THERE CUSTOMERS THAT ACTUALLY KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! Even when we have eaten in u ask for a napkin and they literally give you ONE. You ask for a bunch of napkins and they give you just ONE more! Like what is wrong with you people. Won't be back. I suggest if you bring a family in, you want quality food and you're hungry don't come here!

We typically have takeout from Enishi for Chinese and dine in when we go for sushi. However, we recently dined in twice for Chinese and both times were fantastic. The service is always great. The tables are fairly close together which can be a little awkward, but nothing terrible. Also interesting that they have 2 portable air conditioners running in the dining room during summer. The chicken chow fun was my favorite, followed closely by the green bean beef. My daughter loves the sesame chicken. It is sweet, but they do a good job of balancing the crispy/saucy texture. (That is another benefit of dining in) I'm glad they are usually busy, because it's hard to find good American-Chinese food in the area. We will definitely be back.

Swung by with the parents after an afternoon of cherry picking! Parking was pretty easy to find since the restaurant is located in a plaza. Got there a little before 4:30pm (wasn't really busy and not super loud) and were seated immediately. We were served with ice water, and the table was already set with forks and napkins. Took a while to decide what we wanted but didn't have to wait very long after ordering for the food to come out! - Wonton Soup - not sure why I was under the impression that it was going to be an individual serving, but they served it to us in the bigger soup bowls seen in Chinese restaurants and also ladeled the soup out for us! Super light and mild in flavor. Came with 8 wontons, some spinach, carrot slices, and slivers of pork. I really wanted something soupy, so this hit the spot, but nothing to write home about. Wontons were a bit small, though for less than $10, you really can't complain. - Mongolian Beef - definitely quite spicy (but also keep in mind my spice tolerance isn't the highest) and flavorful! Beef was pretty tender - Beef Chow Fun - also really solid option and flavorful as well! Honestly surprised by the the quality you're getting for the price, though the portion is definitely smaller than what you'd find for a higher price in the bay. Ended up placing another order of this to go, but the one we had for dine-in tasted a lot better Overall, we weren't really sure what to expect, but my Chinese parents and I were pretty impressed by the Mongolian Beef & Beef Chow Fun. We live quite a distance away, so don't see ourselves coming back, but if you're in the area and really craving some Beef Chow Fun, I think you should consider checking this place out !

Rainbow roll had barely any fish on top. I asked the server, and she sent to manager over who basically told me it's the "chef's choice" and wouldn't even offer an additional slice. The quality of this restaurant has definitely gone down since the last time I was here. Chelsea's in downtown Brentwood is so much better!

Reasonable bill for all the food we got

Loved the food and service. Portiins were large and prices were fair. Dishes came very fast! Mu shu pork was fabulous. Pancakes were a teensy bit on thicker side but held the mu shu without spilling. House chow fun was very tasty with a good amount of noodles. The pieces of beef and pork in it were a bit on the small side. The stir-fried green beans were so crispy with a light flavorful sauce. The yellow curry shrimp was not my favorite but had a generous amount of prawns. The place was extremely loud both due to patrons and the kitchen. Beeping timers were not turned off quickly. A birthday song played way too loud for too long.

Enishi is one of my local goto restaurants. It's located within a plaza with a huge parking lot for convenience. Handicapped parking spaces available and easy access to inside the restaurant. Ambience: -It's family friendly -lots of tables to accommodate large parties and families -bar seating -it can get pretty loud so not so much a total romantic spot for new couples -lighting is on point where it's not so bright but makes the area cozy to dine Service: -always friendly -very helpful in providing feedback on certain items on their menu -staff checks on you to see if you need anything but doesn't excessively check to annoy someone trying to eat -very attentive ... they come by to ask if refill needed for drinks / water at the right times Food: - Love that we have options in ordering Chinese Cuisine and Japanese Cuisine - Their chow mein is never dry / great amount of proteins (prawns) / so flavorful that you don't need to add anything else to it (like soy sauce) - Fried Rice is not oily like other restaurants / great amount served / vegetable to meat ratio is good - Sweet and Sour Pork is one of my faves: stays crispy if I get the sauce on it / not overly sweet / perfect amount being served on an entree plate - String Beans Beef / Eggplant Tofu / Stir Fried String Beans: are also my goto veggie order and you won't regret it. Love love their black bean sauce they use and the string beans stay crispy / never overcooked / protein ratio is on point / eggplant and tofu is just so delicious ... you would just have to order to believe me and you won't regret it - Mongolian Beef is my son and hubby fave: Perfect spice to it and protein ratio to veggies is generous / amount service is also a great portion So needless to say i love coming here to eat in or for take out. Great service / close to proximity to me and conveniently around a super market and other local businesses / awesome food and options / welcoming vibe to enjoy great food

Of the entire night only two couples (high school age) same as the host had reservations and were seated immediately. No check-in on the iPad no confirming the name. Just walk in greet with smiles and handshakes and straight to a table. However, I was told to make a reservation it has to be made the day of and before 4pm. Find this hard to believe so I asked 3 different servers how to make reservations and they started, "unsure" "idk if we do reservations" "I'll have to ask" were the answers I got. Could be me but sounds like the host kid is lying. Service started off strong. We sat and within 5 minutes the server came by to take our drink order at which time we also placed our food order. Drinks took 10mins, food took over an hour. We placed drink and food at 4:44 and food came out and hit our table at 5:51 Anyway I'll never be back and this was my 3rd time here. With each visit the experience got worse.

She is a key reason as to why we want to keep coming back; her attitude and enthusiasm is fantastic. Me and my family enjoyed our dinner and loved every dish we ordered. Their wonton soup is an excellent choice for a starter and can be shared up to at least 3 people. The wontons are fresh and tasty, the mushrooms are chunky and complement well with the bakchoy. There's even thinly sliced red pork which adds some taste and texture to the soup. We thoroughly enjoyed their spicy Mongolian chow fun. This had some sweetness to it but also some heat which was just right. The beef was super tender! It melts in your mouth. My wife ordered the Sun Kitchen sushi special which was delicious and had big pieces. The quality of sushi here is great! My son enjoyed his bento box which consisted of teriyaki grilled chicken, salad with creamy sesame dressing and then large pieces of vegetable tempura. This is an excellent deal with a good amount of choices to choose from. Jeanette and Tony frequently stopped by to check on us and made sure our meals were good and our drinks were refilled. They are so accommodating and inviting. The music they were playing in the background was on point! They were playing smooth R&B in which me and my wife were dancing. It's spacious inside the restaurant and can hold a good amount of guests. I will say, I wish the temperature was cooler inside; it was a bit warm but didn't really bother us. We can't wait to come back! We love this place!

Bento Box - 4/5 Not a bad selection. The teriyaki chicken was tasty and the sides of salad, edamame, japchae, etc were all good. Overall, I feel that if they concentrated on a struct Korean food menu, they can focus on what they do well. Doing an American fusion menu where you can order a cheese burger, or a bulgogi burger might appeal to a few golfers that might visit Palm Tree as their 19th hole, but might be confusing. Palm Tree has potential to be a very good Korean/Japanese restaurant if they eliminate the American dishes.
