So Saturday night my brother ordered some wings from Wingstop thru Uber eats. Super close location to our house, about 5-6 mins away. Didn't see how long it took after placing the order but it couldn't have been more than 40 minutes. Unfortunately for us, we got some of them wrong. We tried to fix it thru Uber eats but obviously it wasn't their fault so I decided to call the restaurant directly. I couldn't get the name of the lady I spoke to on the phone, but I explained to her that we got 20 wings of the same flavor and were missing 10 more of a different flavor. She was super professional, friendly, and understanding of the situation! She asked me whether I wanted a refund or the wings we were missing, I told her we wanted our food lol She said okay and said she'd throw some extra fries in there for the inconvenience, of having to drive all the way there after ordering from Uber eats, saying that was the whole point of us ordering online, to save the drive!!!!! I told her she didn't need to do that but was thankful for her understanding! Got there and managed to speak with her, again I forgot to ask for her name but she was a Latina lady with braces, again, super friendly and professional, with a big smile on her face! She apologized again and said "I gave you 10 extra wings for a total of 20"! Point is, I understand anyone can make a mistake, but it takes someone really professional and mature to accept and try to amend those mistakes and take responsibility, and TRY TO FIND OR OFFER A SOLUTION! I will be ordering wings from this location from now on! We got Hawaiian, mild, and lemon pepper. Loved the Hawaiian flavor. Sweet but not overly sweet, lemon pepper was a bit too salty for me but everyone else loved them. The mild ones tasted like regular buffalo, yummy. Fries were good, and their ranch is super super yummy, creamy. And even though the wings had sauce of them, they were still crispy by the time they arrived. This location must be under new management as they have recently been providing orders on time and the customer service has improved. This is an amazing as their wings are good. My only complaint is that sometimes the wings still have feathers as if someone did not clean them well (but this is not always). read more

Felt unwelcome and ignored. Was standing by at the counter to place an order for atleast 5 minutes after two personnel saw me waiting but no one seem to care. You can never go wrong with ordering chicken wings from here. Our go-to flavor is Lemon pepper. The websites description of it is what it is: zesty lemon and cracked black pepper dry rub. Perfectly blended and always goes well with some ranch dip. We order their seasoned fries as well, which tastes like they're seasoned with a little sugar, which I don't mind at all. Also ordered veggie sticks to make ourselves feel less guilty. Minus one star because I feel their prices are a bit steep compared to other places that are just as good. I want to start by saying, I am completely disturbed and furious by the product I received from my $63 Dollar online order. Not only was I shortened on the amount of classic lemon pepper wings, I had little to no garlic Parmesan cheese on the 10 boneless nuggets. Here I am writing an update to my review that is very much the same as the one I wrote years ago. I'm just not a fan of this location. They have no attention to detail and their food is always subpar. We only went to this location because we were at the Southbay Pavilion anyways but I would rather make an extra stop at another location. We ordered our food before going to bath and body works and the cashier told us it would be about 15 minutes...cool! We headed to bath and body works and you know anytime in bath and body works is well over 15 minutes or right at the cusp of time. Anyways, we made it back to Wingstop and the cashier advised us we needed to wait about 8 more minutes, ok cool... We waited and waited and after 8 minutes or so had past, I followed up with the guy who was working yesterday and to my dismay, our food was sitting there. The same one of two bags that was there when we came the first time. OMG! really? The result of that, cold fries and soggy chicken...ugh! I should've went back in...but we were already on our way out and why? why would i expect anything else from this location? It's typically bad and I know it. This would be my last review of this location because I will not eat here again... COVID-19 - They do have social distancing markers in place, sanitizer and their dining is closed off to customer. They have glass separators around their cashiers for safety. How can you take this much caution for safety, yet give out cold food?
