This is hands down the worst service I've ever received at a takeout establishment. I ordered at 5:15om for a 6:45 pm pickup. It was a small order, too: just 20 wings and two drinks. I walked into the place at 6:50 and was told that my order wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes. She offered me a refund. I was aghast--we are hosting a party and the wings are the central thing--so I didn't want a refund. So I asked her "so if I come back in 40 minutes, my order will be ready?" She hemmed and hawed and then told me it might be 50 minutes. I say "50 minutes? You're sure?" She shrugged her shoulders. It's not just the wild delay in the pickup time that infuriates me. It's the fact that they didn't seem to care one bit that they were failing so miserably at service. No apologies. Just shrugs. This is likely the last time I ever frequent this store. My sister works at the nearby bank & says they go through new management every couple weeks & that the regional managers come in & tell her that this store is the worst wingstop in the state that they deal with... I ended up receiving a free drink while i waited, but my order was ready about 10 minutes later. I've literally been ignored and waited 50 minutes from the thirsty chicken who cost double Wingstop prices! so waiting an extra 10 minutes to save half seems worth it. Hiring more staff and expanding the kitchen to meet the growing population of the city would help because other wing places are too expensive hope the owner sees this and decides to make upgrades soon! read more

This is the Cedar Park location, near the older Walmart. We usually order on line and pick up, but they do have dine-in service. The wings are made to order so wait time is 30 to 35 minutes. But they're fresh and hot and there are is a wide selection of sauces and dips. You can also get plain deep fired wings with no seasoning. I get the Hawaiian wings, and they have always been very good. They feature fresh-cut fries and you get a very generous serving with each order. I like that you can get the fries with seasoning or NO seasoning (which I prefer). The 8-piece meal is a good filling portion of wings and fries. Nothing fancy here, just good wings and fries. I read the other negative reviews, and I've ordered from here maybe 4 or 5 times in the past. I have never experienced the problems others have. read more

I have come here several times to get wings to go and it has been disappointing. Their wings are dry and overcooked to start off. They are also mutilated. I don't think I have ever lost my appetite while eating wings before I got food from this place. Broken bones, bones cracked in half, holes in the meat, and just oddly shaped wings is the result of trying to come here again and again to give them another chance but I think I have finally had enough.
