Nikki's Pizza is an Austin area classic! Anyone who has attended or worked at UT Austin has likely enjoyed Nikki's when they were located in Doby Mall. I love that they are now located in Cedar Park now. I frequently dine at Nikki's when I'm in Cedar Park. Nikki's Pizza bakes up some wonderful pies. The crust is thin and crispy yet foldable. I truly love this place! The food has always been solid. Also, I really feel like the employees are invested in the quality of their food and in customer satisfaction. At my last visit I ordered pizza (of course!) and garlic bread. The pizza was terrific (as it has always been). The garlic bread was toasted to perfection. When it was delivered to my table, the employee was clearly proud of how it turned out--as well as he should have been! I couldn't have been happier with it! The pizza is good, the service is fast and friendly, and it's clean. If you're looking for more than that I don't know what to tell you. The space is nice and well lit and you can easily see that they stay on top of the restaurant cleanliness. The staff is nice and patient when we're taking out time on deciding what to get. The pizza is delicious. Like husband and I talk about it from time to time. We each just ordered one slice and got a drink. Last time we went I had the cheese and husband got the pepperoni. Solid pizza! They do those classics really well so we keep coming back. Was dying for their pizza since it's been a long time since I've been here. But as soon as I walked in the guy that was serving the pizzas at the front counter was scratching his hair. He went to go handle my pizza, and I asked him , are you not going to wear gloves before handling my Pizza? He looked confused and didn't know what to say. So I just walked out. If you order online for carry out it automatically adds a tip. If I have to drive to pick it up I will not give a tip. I like supporting family run businesses. I remember Niki's when they were at Dobie Mall next to UT back in the glory days of Austin. Even though I've lived in Cedar Park for several years, I didn't realize that Niki's was now in the area. Glad I reconnected! Great Italian dishes and pizzas at a reasonable price. I've had the lasagna several times (a lunch special with salad and soft drink for $10.99), spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, meatballs, pepperoni slice etc. all excellent. I have been wanting to try this place forever. Sad to report, today was a fail. The ordering process was easy. The gal at the window was super friendly. The pizza very thin, which is fine. As soon as I picked it up, the oil just started dripping off the pizza. It was extremely hot. It seemed like they put it in a microwave to heat it up, which really wasn't necessary. I don't mind room temperature pizza I knew the slices I ordered were readily available. No taste whatsoever and I am a pizza lover. Good deal, two slices of pizza and a drink for $7.99. My wife and i are customers for years there, we love the pizza, the cheese mix they have is super tasty. The chicken parm is another no #1 item on their menu. Service is awesome, i also love the "hole in the wall" atmosphere. You can get a whole pie, or just a slice (and/or other goodies from their menu) to enjoy outside on their porch in the texas heat! Another good "wings and salad" rescue for dinner from Niki's this week. I've raved about the wings and salad before... same comments again, perfect wings awesome salad... yada, yada, yada! LOL It's all good all the time. I may give a slight edge to carry out vs. delivery, wings get home a little warmer and the salad a little colder, but, believe me, either way I'll take it. STILL highly recommend Niki's Pizza and Pasta... some day we may even try the pasta! LOL PS One tip I would pass along, if you want the celery crisp, ask for it to be packed separately, if it gets packed in with the wings, it gets steamed in the container, result is soggy celery ... celery perfectionist here! :-) read more

I first met Nicky years ago at his Doby Hall Foodcourt location at UT on the drag. His dough, in both his pizzas and his Calzones, was always special, and his pizza sauce, served over or along side his Calzones was always delicious. I was up in Cedar Park, and I saw his sign, and I remembered he'd had that location for years, so I stopped in last Sunday afternoon. It was the same great Nicky's Calzone and sauce I expected. The people are friendly, and the customers were coming and going while I enjoyed cooling off inside! I think Nicky's is a real neighborhood gem of a New York style pie, and his other dishes are excellent, with fresh salad if you want. Finally decided to order (through door dash) and were blown away. The crust is nice and light - reminiscent of a classic NY style pie. But you know what says 'East Coast' to me? If you tilt the slice, the oil from the pepperoni slices will drip off the tip! I always order my food to be picked up. The manager when taking the order is always high. I ordered 56.00 worth of food but was charged over $80.00. When I called to asked about the bill he blamed it on the $10.00 tip my brother left them. After talking to him he over over charging for items and adding extra charges I didn't know about. I tried the Stromboli as a carry out and as much as I wanted to like it, it was pretty much a miss. There was a lot of dough and the filling was clumped up mostly in the center rather than spread throughout the so mostly you just get tough pizza dough. The sauce for topping was very good and the sausage was flavorful. But the consistency was poor and the dough was very tough.
