Romen was our bartender and I genuinely cannot explain the experience. First of all, this man has the most beautiful smile I have ever seen behind a bar. Like, sir??? I came here for a drink, not to start rethinking my entire personality and whether I should move cities and start over. The service was genuinely exceptional. He was attentive without hovering, hilarious without being annoying, and somehow remembered everything we ordered while simultaneously making everyone around the bar feel like they were his favorite customer. At one point, I watched Romen handle a situation so smoothly that I genuinely thought, "This man has either worked in customer service for 40 years or has survived something absolutely unimaginable." He looked like he could talk someone down from a breakup, a panic attack, and a tax audit all in the same breath. The funniest part is that he has this innocent, sweet smile while saying the most OUT-OF-POCKET things imaginable. I was not emotionally prepared. One minute you're casually ordering a drink, the next you're laughing so hard you're choking on air and questioning if he's legally allowed to be that funny while pouring tequila. 10/10 service. 10/10 personality. 11/10 smile.Would absolutely come back and let Romen financially ruin me one cocktail at a time. It was a frustrating visit. Using our app we were able to get a booth for our family of 5 along with a free appetizer which was a score. Everything started off strong: great, friendly service, hot mozzarella sticks with the best cheese pull, and a great time surrounded by current baseball and volleyball games. Things went downhill when our food came out. Our wings were lukewarm, along with our fries and tots being cold to the touch. We asked the waitress about our side salad and informed them our food was cold... Both our jumbo and monster baskets went back to the kitchen. I applaud the staff for making our food fresh but why did it have to take 15-20 minutes while many tables were receiving their food first? Being seated at 8:00p and finally receiving our food around 9:10 everyone was definitely hangry. The food came out HOT and fresh! But still no side salad until we asked a third time. No check in from the management to confirm everything came out a second time better or asking if our experience was good. One other things our 12 year old spotted in the restroom was the female employees rushing in to eat leftover food in the bathroom? Changing table was pulled down and utilized as a table? Disgusting. Unsanitary. Distasteful. We wanted to give this place a second chance after not coming here for 2-3 years but unfortunately pluckers still has not redeemed itself. I went here last night and grabbed dinner at the bar. Maybe I caught the server at the bad time but the vibe I got was that I was bothering them. The food here I got was the Larry bird sandwich which used to be delicious but the chicken had the texture of rubber, and the fries were cold. Dr Pepper sauce tasted different too. Used to love coming here but not after last night. I wish I could have given feedback about the dinner but I was not even asked how it was except for before I started eating it. This was my first time here. My friend and I decided to grab a bite to eat after being out in the cold and rain. Pluckers was her suggestion and I was all in. Inside had a quiet buzz as there was a little crowd but not slam packed. We were seated within three minutes. Debating on what to get from the menu, I decided to grab the buffalo chicken sandwich. Our server was pleasant, she brought us our water and checked on us a couple times to see if we were ready. After our order was put in, the wait was a little long however it wasn't noticeable initially since the conversations were flowing. Unfortunately when my beautiful chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and extra ranch came to the table, I could tell it was sitting and waiting for a long time. My fries were barely lukewarm, my chicken sandwich had sweated on the paper causing the bread to soften and the lettuce to wilt. The flavors were there tho! Can't deny that but I hardly riches the cold fries and took half my sandwich to go. I did finish it later tonight so the food is definitely good. We beat the crowd!!! Came here without reservation and no wait when I came at 5pm on a weekday they have daily deals and today they have free appetizer if In order at least two main entrees. We ordered Mac and cheese "rolls" for the free appetizer and of course each of us got different flavored wings. I got my usual lemon pepper dry rub. Who can go wrong with that! Our server game our friend a brownie for free for dessert and gave us 5 piece wings for free coupons! Lots of sports tv to watch. Stopped by after a Ut home game with a few friends and our server, Ramon (with the trainer badge) was great! The online system said there was no wait but once we arrived we had about a 30 min wait. I'm not sure if they're aware but it would be helpful to see the wait time beforehand. Either way, we snagged a table at the bar and Ramon gave us a heads up that the food might take awhile which was no big deal. He was super nice and patient with us. Our food came out at a decent time and everything was delicious! During game time the restaurant is pretty lively and packed with fans-- if you want to check out a game, watch it here! I don't know what kind of magic is going on at Pluckers, but it felt like the food hit our table five minutes after we ordered. I swear the waiter just walked inside and grabbed it off a counter. Either that, or the cooks have ESP and knew what we wanted before we even sat down. Whatever the secret is, the food was much better than I anticipated for taking so little time to prepare and it being a chain. The menu is decent, with wings in many different sauces and rubs plus burgers, fried apps, and bar food staples. Inside, it's massive with plenty of indoor seating and TVs, but also there's extra space on the patio if you want to sit outside. read more

He was very helpful with the menu and patient as we made our wing and drink selections. We chose the Mango Habanero and Teriyaki. They both were so yummy and flavorful! I have to say, the corners of my mouth were irritated by the heat of the Mango Habanero; however, that would not stop me from ordering them again. The fried pickles were amazing! Fiance got a margarita, and I got a Redrum. I preferred the margarita way more! We took a brownie home with us, and it was yummy. Stopped in for dinner on a Thursday evening. We had an offer for 5 wings from a UT game we went to recently, which the waitress accepted without questions. We ordered wings and waffle fries and 4 sauces, Mango Habanero, Gojuchang, Buffalo Medium, and Spicy Ranch. We also wanted an order of celery to come along with our meal. We didn't have to wait long for our food, maybe about 15 minutes. Our food was hot and fresh, and beautifully presented. The food runner who brought us our food accidentally dropped the celery, and she said she would go get us another order, though it never came. We brought this up with our waitress and she brought out extra celery to compensate. The wings were delicious, as were the fries. We like the spicy ketchup and the ranch seasoning on the fries. All the sauces were good but the Mango Habanero was too spicy for me. It's listed as 2 flames but tastes spicier than the Buffalo Medium and Gojuchang, both which are 2 flames. This was by far one of the worst dining experiences I've had at Pluckers Wing Bar. My family and I are Pluckers Club members, and we chose to come here because we've enjoyed visiting in the past. Unfortunately, this experience was completely unacceptable. We were seated and waited over 30 minutes without being greeted, offered drinks, or even acknowledged. Our server , Pablo, looked directly at our table multiple times but never came over to introduce himself or take our order. We even had to ask another server if they could at least bring us some water because no one had come to our table. To make matters worse, we had our 2-year-old child with us, who was hungry and becoming restless after waiting so long with no service. It was disappointing to see that our table was completely ignored while other guests were being helped. The most frustrating part was that the moment we decided to get up and leave, Pablo suddenly came over, greeted us, and tried to take our order. By that point, it was far too late. If we hadn't stood up to leave, who knows how much longer we would have been waiting. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for completely ignoring customers for over 30 minutes. A simple greeting, an apology, or even letting us know there would be a wait would have made a huge difference. Instead, we felt invisible. As loyal Pluckers members, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I sincerely hope management addresses this so no other family has to go through the same thing. read more

I was pretty bummed at the size of their boneless wings basket this time around. I'm certain it's based off weight and they were VERY skimpy. Usually, they're a decent size, about four of them. The hot wings here are crispy (I get mine with sauce on the side for dipping) and flavorful. they are always consistent. The waffle fried were delicious and didn't realize how much I needed them. They are even better dipped in hot sauce. The spicy garlic Parmesan sauce is good but definitely needs to be stirred or you'll just get a dip of butter. The last few times I have eaten here i have been disappointed. I ordered my fav buffalo chicken cobb salad but the chicken was grilled eventhough i ordered it fried - so it was more like a chicken salad soup. My next trip a few weeks ago I ordered the same salad but I asked them to put the chicken on the side so that if they gave me the wrong chicken again, we can remedy this without taining the chicken and someone else can eat it. it was once again just put on top of my salad. hot soupy salad mess ... I didnt even try to fix it bc my kids need to get home and get to bed. Idk If I'll be back anytime soon. read more

Honest review since yelp is reporting suspicious activity for this establishment. Came in for trivia night hoping for a good time with friends only for our table to be given away. I saw how swamped the host was and was very kind, I have worked in customer service and was understanding she said it would be 15-20 min more wait and will send another text when ready which I was fine with. The 20min pass and I ask for an update only to be told it was going to be 20 more min. We ended up getting sat fairly quickly after that and I do have a feeling they forgot about our group as we didn't get another message. So not only was our table taken we end up missing trivia. We get to our table and are given two waitresses, one for each side of the table, I thought one was in training but nope they literally treated us like two separate tables. One side had gotten drinks and order taken meanwhile the other was still waiting for our drinks to show up. Management knew the situation as he had come up asking how everything is going and was there when out table was given away. I have worked in customer service if you know there is issues with a specific group's service you go and fix it and apologize don't wait for the customer to complain, seemed like they wanted us to complain. Out waitress barely was around and although I hate bothering other employees that aren't my server I did have to ask another employee walking by they were wearing a mic with short black hair they were awesome very understanding and assuring. This used to be my favorite location but now I do not recommend. The manager/lead did give us two free desserts (we did not ask as that is not the goal with addressing concerns) but I would've much rather liked an apology from management not just sweep everything under the rug with a brownie. Props to our waitress for apologizing on not being present not her fault seems like the employees are not properly supported.
