Eat here about two to three times a week, either DoorDash or online orders. Orders have always been on time and accurate. Food quality is great with a good amount of seasoning on both the wings and the fries. Seems like they have some good SOPs in place as the quality is consistent every time. read more

First time I have eaten here ( this location just opened but I've never been to this franchise before) and loved the food. I had the cheese fries - they were delicious. Fresh cut fries coated in nacho cheese. I had 5 chicken tenders, 2 with the garlic Parmesan which was savory perfection. 3 with the Korean bbq which was delicious and comfortably spicy. My handsome man had the chicken sandwhich and regular fries which he said was really great. Seriously the food was so good - I can't wait to come back. Now this is a new location and it was very busy - and people were not being nice. The soda machine is not working perfectly ( some were saying it didn't have enough bubbles but to me it tasted like the syrup ratio was too much) but the soda was still fine. The forgot our brownie but we were eating in and were nice when we showed the receipt to let them know. We were overcharged for a sauce ( they charged for an extra and we wanted the tenders to be split but no extra) Over all I highly recommend. Negative 5 stars. Went to this Wingstop for the first time last night and I've never seen a more miserable group of employees in my entire life. My wife and sister were harassed by Thomas and the older Hispanic woman with glasses working the register. After messing up our order and forgetting items, we went back to pick it up. The miserable lady in the front has no business being in the customer service industry. After my wife and sister were harassed going back to pick up their order (Thomas and the other male workers were being extremely inappropriate as soon as they walked in making inappropriate comments. My wife made a comment to my sister about how long the fries were taking and the 90 year old lady who was working started getting in her face and recording her all the way out to her car. I went back to figure out what happened and what the issue was, and the first thing I was told by this joke of a woman is that my wife and sister came in with their "tits out" distracting the male employees. It's l funny because they were wearing modest long dresses lol. They then proceeded to call the cops who we talked to and they literally laughed at the employees and told us to file a complaint with corporate and go on our way. The employees at this location are mentally unstable and don't have any self or impulse control. Wingstop opening up recently must've been super desperate for employees if this is their low standard. Negative 5 stars if I could. Ordered food for delivery paid for extra ranch. Food shows up with no ranch at all. Called the store and they said if I come pick the ranch up they would refund the money. When I got there I was told it was either the ranch or a refund. I ordered delivery for a reason and then had to go to store and pick up part of my order and come home and eat cold food. Customer service is terrible. Food was mediocre at best as well. So glad they finally opened this location! This review is for online orders and pickup. We were greeted with a smile. I went within the time-frame we were told to show up. Food was ready no wait no issues. Got home food was warm perfectly seasoned and cooked chicken. Not burnt. Asked for extra seasoning on the fries and I'll be darned but there was actually extra seasoning on the fries which is a rarity for other locations that are "nearby". Avoid coming here! The workers body shamed my friend and yelled at me on the phone when I was trying to ask for a manger. This location needs to have a serious evaluation with corporate. This is not okay! They caused me to have a panic attack because the workers were yelling at me THE CUSTOMER for trying to order wings!
