I love the crispiness of the chicken wings at BB.Q Chicken. I've been to some Korean chicken places before and have been wanting to try BB.Q for awhile now. Decided to try to one in Eastvale since it's not too far from work. I ordered on their app and got the 8 piece Honey Garlic. The food is fresh and picking up is always quick and easy. I also like the little side of pickled radish they give you. The food is always delicious, I never have a complaint, which is why I am a return customer. I probably order from here every 3 weeks. The 3 star doesn't reflect the satisficatikn and taste of the food, the rating is targeted to the app. My problem is always regarding the "rewards" program and BBQ Chicken branded app. I am constantly having to sign in and restart the order whenever I am checking out so I find it easiest to just check out as a guest, but I don't get the rewards. Then yesterday, I saw that the rewards program and app is finally working correctly and I kept my previous orders so I could claim points at a later time, but to my surprise the "order number is incorrect". I don't know how that could be given I am copying and pasting from the email. Then I did a review of the account page, and saw that my points (16k) expired back in February but the app hasn't worked before for rewards - SpendGo constantly crashes and logs me out so I don't know the status even with the notifications. read more

i always do takeout here and the food is always great. expect about 30-45 minutes wait for your food if ordering during dinner but the wait always worth it. love having korean food quick and close by because sometimes i just don't feel like driving to chino hills. love getting the golden original chicken and fries to dip into the rose ddeokbokki. also great taste for the rose ddeokbokki and the rice cakes are decent texture but i have had better but i enjoy it a lot for what is in eastvale. the store has changed lots over the years. few more seating options which is nice if you dine in but i prefer to do takeout so i can just pickup when it's ready read more

This place has the best wings I have ever tasted. They have this crunchy texture and a lot of really delicious flavors. My favorite is the Garlic Honey and the Gangnam Style. The customer service is ok. It's not really a sit down place so you don't get a lot of time to interact with the employees or owners. It comes across as a hole in the wall type of a place but the food's excellence is undeniably. read more

We have enjoyed bb.q chicken and frequent this location. Unfortunately, my past 2 recent experiences have come with errors. In addition, there was/is a lack of prompt action to fix the most recent concern. I found what looks to be a piece of a glove in my boneless chicken. I didn't want to just put a post through yelp and attempted to reach out to them first for correction to this experience. I was too far to drive back to share in person so I provided a picture to the business (through their website). They did reply, but only to ask for further emails (twice) receipts. I provided all the receipts I had available, and still they seem to be asking for more confirmation details. Their response was not what I hoped for - rather than fixing a problem immediately their customer service just added to a poor experience. My other experience before this, I had picked up my order and was provided the wrong count/size of chicken. I had driven back this time to correct it. The store corrected and provided a small gesture of 2 can sodas for the inconvenience. I appreciated their quick fix, but add here as I gave them another chance but the recent experience was very poor. Both experiences have been Door Dash orders I have picked up myself. read more

I called the restaurant to let them know about the issue, hoping they would help resolve it. The manager insisted that I bring the food back immediately before they would do anything. I explained that I was at work and couldn't return right away, but I offered to bring it back after work. Unfortunately, the manager refused and said it had to be brought back immediately. We arrived at 7:30 and were looking at their menu when the girl at the register said that they close at 8:20 (odd time to close but ok) and also odd to say as we did not ask. She said that because the food takes a long time we would only have a few minutes to sit and eat. I asked then if they were only serving food to go and she shrugged her shoulders and made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome that we decided to eat at the taco place next door instead. This review is obviously no bearing on the food but figured maybe management or the owner would like to know why their establishment is empty. Extremely Disappointed - Quality and Service Have Declined I ordered the Gangnam Wings through the bb.q Chicken app, and what arrived was completely unacceptable--charred, burned, and nothing like the wings I've ordered multiple times before. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Michelle, who asked for photos. I sent several, including a screenshot from the app showing what the wings are supposed to look like. The product I received looked nothing like what's advertised or what I've previously enjoyed. Michelle informed me I'd need to return the wings for a refund, only to later say refunds aren't possible because the app uses DoorDash. However, there's no record of this order in my DoorDash account. If customers are ordering through your app, they shouldn't be forced to chase down a third party for a refund. That's your responsibility. This isn't an isolated issue. The last two times I ordered tteokbokki, it was mostly cabbage with barely any rice cakes. As someone who is half Korean and knows these dishes well, I can confidently say the quality is not only inconsistent--it's unacceptable. Michelle said her hands were tied due to policy. If that's true, then the problem lies with corporate and the franchise. It's clear there's no quality control, and worse, no accountability. This place is located in the same plaza as the Sprouts on Limonite but on the opposite end of the plaza. Plenty of parking for sure and easy to find! The restaurant itself is small and compact. Good for small groups to dine comfortably together. The workers are nice and friendly. They allow you plenty of time to look at the menu to order without feeling rushed. We love this place and were very glad to find one in the area. Pricing as always is a bit pricey so we don't come as often but when we do, we splurge a bit. Food: We got two different types of chicken wings: the Gangnam style wings and honey garlic wings. Both were good flavors and wings were the perfect sizes. I usually get spicy flavors but decided on mild flavors since my husband cannot handle the spice. We also got the sweet potato fries and Tteokbokki (spicy rice cake) and it comes with side of pickle radishes. I love the radishes. It gives you that extra crunch while eating your wings and helps cools your mouth down after having a bite of the tteokbokki. Haha The sweet potato fries were ok.
