After seeing many tempting ads, I decided to stop here and grab lunch recently. The service was pretty quick, but I was the only person there. There are a few tables but it appears to be primarily take-out. The drink machine was out of ice, and the water was warm. A little disappointing when eating spicier food. Despite the hype I've heard, the food was only ok. I got the maple sriracha chicken sandwich and fries. The flavor of the sauce was good, but the texture of the sandwich was a little off. The fries were really good, but I did notice a sweetness to them. I'm not sure if the seasoning has sugar, but it can be a little much. While I probably would not go out of my way to eat here, I am open to trying other items on the menu. read more

Great food, pleasant customer service , food was great , never tried this food as my friends recomened for me

The food is so good, but everything else is so bad. First, why are there no garbage cans inside? People were leaving their trash on the counter where you grab straws and lids. Next, the pop machine was out of ice and most of the flavors. When someone asked about it, the worker didn't fix it. Not sure if this was required, but none of the workers were wearing gloves either. The seating and tables were dirty. I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have tried almost everything on their menu and all of it was very good! They do go light on the sauces. Their employees, not trying to be mean but, they do have broken English. But I was also there on a busy night and it was loud. Over all I do recommend Wing Stop if you like wings and bold flavors, this is the place to go! read more

Heading into an afternoon watching the US Open Men's final, I was craving some wings and fries. Ordered via DoorDash and arrived within 45 minutes. When ordering the 10 piece wing combo, it allowed me to select two sauces, and I chose Hickory Smoked BBQ and Garlic Parmesan. It also let me decide if I wanted all drums or all flats. I thought this customization was FANTASTIC - especially so that I could try out a a few things. Let me say, I could have drank the garlic parmesan sauce. Like so so so buttery, garlicky and parmesan-eee!!! The fries were pretty cold, which was disappointing - but the seasoning on the fries was really good. I ordered all drums and they had a good amount of meat on them. Overall, would order again - but maybe dine in so I can get some hot fries. read more

The service is wildly inconsistent. If you can get in an order, the people that work here are nice. However, they frequently close early with little-to-no explanation, their online ordering is usually down, and unless you place an order online, you may get ignored. read more

If this weren't the only Wingstop in town, I wouldn't come here! It's super dirty- trash everywhere, tables messy and disorganized, and the place smells weird. The lady who took my order was very soft spoken/mumbling AND wearing a mask. Because of this, I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself and she'd give me attitude every time. I just wanted some bone in wing and when I ordered them the worker said ok but put bone less on the machine and when I got wing I went and told her but she said I couldn't get my wing bc the receipt said boneless but cause that stupid lady that was working. My wife and I decided to try Wingstop for the 1st time and ordered a couple meals to eat at the restaurant. Overall the wings weren't too bad for the choices we got - boneless barbecue and classic wings with hot honey. The place was busy when ordered and received our food in a reasonable time. What floored me was the facilities ! BOTH bathrooms had NO SOAP, NO Paper towels and a trash can that was 12" tall ! There wasn't even a dispenser for towels ??? For BOTH bathrooms. ! ! ! So much for the sign . . . "All Employees Must wash their hands" Kind of makes you think . . . How did they even pass a quality inspection ? Then to top it off, we received our meal in a large paper grocery bag. When we were done eating . . This place doesn't even have a trash can to throw your garbage away ? Took 40 minutes to get us 2 orders of 12 wings. They gave us one ranch and the wings were dry af.

If it takes 45 minutes to get two sandwiches and six wings... I would normally expect a complete order. Went in, ordered, waited forever, (due to tons of to-go orders) finally received food & left. Both sandwiches were dripping in grease. Kinda overcooked too. Wings tasted good. they left out the ranch for both orders of fries. Left out the blue cheese for the wings. I ordered online Tuesday night, it said it would be ready in 16-21 minutes, I show up a half hour later and they claimed they never received my order because "the system was down" and told me I could either wait or get a refund so I told them to refund me instead and they told me to "have a seat and a manager would be right out to get me my refund" I wait 15 minutes and a manager and I ask him when I am going to get my refund and he started yelling at me complaining about how he "is only one person" and never told me when I was going to get it and to "just wait" so I waited another 5 minutes and left, horrible experience and will never go back if you don't make this right. read more

I've been dying for a wingstop ever since the day I tried ordering wings at BWW & they said they were all out... um ok. This wingstop knows what they doing. I asked for extra well done wings & somehow they made the outside super crunchy while keeping the inside meat soft & juicy. Also tried their thighs for the first time & wow Jamaican jerk rub did not disappoint. Wingstop fries are unmatched always get em. Convinced they put crack in their ranch I could drink dat shiii. Whoever was the chef at 8pm on 9/11/21 deserves a raise. read more

Stopped in for my first time ever around 1015pm because of all their ads lately. Place was fairly busy and loud. Cashier looked at me to take my order and when I started ordering, he told me to wait and stepped to the other register to take someone else's order first. Me and my friend went into wingstop and we ordered and was told our order would be out in 50 minutes. We did and then my friend ordered and they said an hour so we said fine we had no where to be we just got off a 8 hour shift each and was craving wingstop. When we got in it wasn't too busy but there was a number amount of online orders and there was only 3 workers so we gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were stressed and waited patiently. My order came out in about 30 minutes and then we continued to wait 20 more minutes for my friends and I then went up to the counter and said something they said 20 more minuites that is ridiculous because they said 1 hour and mine was 50 minutes that doesn't make mathematical sense. After about an hour we got her order and mine was cold and soggy. Very poor customer service and we got half the amount of fries and the soda drinks were all out. They could have handled it better but as a fast food worker I would have given them a coupon to come back another day since the order was cold by the time we got home. read more

I will always choose b-dubs over wingstop after trying it. The wings and sauces are average. Would like to see more sauce varieties on the menu. I will say you do get your food pretty quick so that was a plus. read more
