Had a great experience at this location on a Saturday night. Our waitress was friendly, the apps were a lot cheaper than anticipated since we ordered during happy hour. I was worried about parking because of all the reviews, but I found a spot right next to the door even though it was packed inside. Since it was busy, I expected food to be a long wait but the apps came out really fast and our mains had a good turnaround as well. I got the all American burger and it was so good. I was craving a juicy cheesy burger and it was a 10/10. We also got pickles and boneless wings. The overworked bartender was nice enough to tell me buy one get one free Tuesdays wings if I download the app .. but then failed to tell me the beer specials negating whatever I saved on the food. This place can be very hit or miss. I usually order from here about 2-3x/month, spending $20-$40/order. I always do takeout because I've never had to wait and I usually go for their bogo on Thursdays. With that being said, I have never had my order be 100% correct. They'll usually give me wings tossed in the wrong sauce or they just don't toss all your wings in the sauce. I've also been given the wrong sides and condiments, where it's the wrong size or they don't give you what you selected online. Gave B dubs another go for boneless bogo Thursday and this time they blew me away. (Probably because this experience was drastically different from ALL of my previous experiences.) I am adding another star to my rating and will continue to do so as long as this becomes the new normal. This time my wings were drenched in sauce, nothing in my order was forgotten, the people working were pleasant to interact with, and the potato wedges were amazing. The wings themselves were pretty good, but I have some logistical issues with this place. First we ordered ice teas and they came without lemon slices, forgivable if that was it. Then we order boneless wings and a buffalo chicken sandwich. We had to ask for sides of blue cheese. How is this even possible when buffalo is your main gig? Blue cheese to buffalo is like Romeo to Juliet, separate those two and bad shit goes down. They also drizzle with sauce versus dipping. I prefer a little wing with my sauce man, go ahead dunk em' on in there. So I had to ask for a side of sauce too. They also give you one paper thin napkin. How does this place not have rolls of paper towels on the table? Maybe because they're weak in their drizzles to keep napkin consumption low? I see now. The boneless chicken wings always taste like they just came out a freezer back. The chicken just seems like an inferior quality. And, even worse, they are served at a lukewarm temperature. The wings are subpar always have to ask for extra sauce because they are hardly even covered in them. Wait service is not good and that's even with the manager bringing out the food. We have eaten at much better Buffalo Wild Wings than this one always disappointed in everything here right down to the drinks, even the tablets don't work. My wife and I stopped at this location on our way through Iowa for lunch and a break from driving. I have to start by saying our server did as best as she could and was very attentive to us. I was very disappointed with the time that it took to receive our food. We were hungry when we arrived and placed small order of wings for each of us right when we ordered drinks. Shortly after we received our drinks and ordered food. It took 30 minutes to receive the wings, after which the server apologized and mentioned she clearly marked them as an "appetizer." It wouldn't have been a big deal if the meal had come shortly after, but it took another 40 minutes before the rest of the food arrived. The server said the kitchen was short-staffed and that managers were having to prepare food; I don't know how much I buy the excuse. I don't care to make a scene in a restaurant or ask to be comp'ed food, so I express my frustration in my tip.
