So, it's been a minute since my wife & I stopped by WingStop. We've been missing out, the wings were delicious. Wings were not small, nor chewy like other places. The Fries were amazing, I love the taste of the potato skins on them. Now the dipping sauces are very important when it comes to wings, the blue cheese & THE RANCH is hands down. The Services was pretty fast, they have staff doing they work instead of other places where people goof off. We paid $30 for 2 people, it's a little pricey compared to other places but it comes with the quality, I consider it's worth the purchase. I've never eaten from Wingstop before but gave it a try last week because of their BOGO promotion for the chicken sandwiches. They had BOGO deal all week long, so I actually ordered carry out from here twice! The first time I ordered, when I arrived, I thought they were closed and was confused why my order went through online if the store wasn't even open and got worried I lost my money. The lights were all off, the open sign light was off, and the store just looked dark and deserted. I parked my car anyways and figured I might as well try the door since I already paid. I was surprised when it opened. I definitely got the vibe they were trying to deter customers though. But anyways, I picked up my 2 chicken sandwiches to go and went home to eat it. I ordered one atomic and one Cajun. My husband and I couldn't figure out which was which since they aren't labeled. I ended up eating atomic on accident instead of the Cajun one I wanted. We also ordered ranch dip for both sandwiches as well, and neither of ours had any ranch. Sandwiches were good though, so can't complain there. The atomic definitely was very spicy and I agree with the 5 rating. It was very saucy but it definitely didn't have any flavoring to it. I'm guessing it's sole purpose is just to be a very spicy sandwich. The second time we came, we ordered 2 Cajuns, 1 atomic, and a hot honey rub for carry out. The hot honey rub is my favorite flavor out of those 3, but my chicken was definitely burnt/over cooked this time. It was very crispy/hard. But I enjoyed the flavor. I'm guessing they were just busy and rushing the orders because it took 10 minutes longer than the estimated pickup time. Overall, for the BOGO, we definitely enjoyed our sandwiches and the price is fantastic. I can't say this particular Wingstop has the best customer service though. I probably wouldn't come back and pay normal price for these in the future, but if there's ever another promotion, I'd likely be back! read more

2/26 /2023 Sunday Night around 10:00pm I use to think Waffle Houses went out of there way to hire the worst candidates for the jobs. Now I am convinced that Wing Stop is trying to hold the torch. When you walk into this location you will be taken Aback by the lack of cleanliness inside. The next thing you will notice is every employee has hair. Now having hair isn't a problem but it is a problem when no one is wearing hair nets and they are all taking turns cooking food (it's like 5 of them). I walk up to the cash register and I am not greeted or anything. The man just stands there with a straight face. After I place my order, Mr. Charisma (Cashier) himself hands me my cups and receipt but doesn't tell me how long it will take. So I go wait in my car. Once they realize there is no one inside the restaurant it becomes a full blown Party. Im looking through the window and all the employees are now in the front. One guy is dancing another has his phone out playing music and rapping, and the rest are bobbing there head and recording. After they realize they should be finishing orders they stop the pow wow. It took them about 40 min to make to chicken sandwiches and some fries. Fast forward---- When I finally get my food home everything is cold when the only thing that should of been cold was the drinks. Buns on the sandwiches were hard and the fries tasted like they were sitting out for some time. If you are looking for a good wing stop keep going. And if you can't find another location you are probably better off. read more

I stopped at this WingStop in Duluth on my way home. I ordered a 8 piece wing combo. I waited there for a while until my food was ready so I expected they were preparing it fresh. The cashier slid me the bag and I drove away thinking everything was fine. I reached in the bag to grab a fry to grab a fry and I noticed the fries were cold. So I pulled out the fry container to see and the whole lot of fries were old brown and wilted. Then I checked my wings. I had asked for 4 Louisiana rub and 4 lemon pepper hot. I got wings dipped in butter or cold oil? that had a little rub seasoning on it and just hot sauce on the other half, no lemon pepper at all. So, I called the manager to ask for a refund. She answered and asked for me to hold, then forgot I was on the phone. I called back a few more times to get an answer. The location was not terribly busy and I have a great respect for food service workers. She was not apologetic at all. She said there was nothing she could do unless I brought the food back. Upon speaking with her I also realized that I was never given a drink to go with my combo as well. Horrible customer service. Horrible food. This location needs new management. read more

I got a really spicy flavor BUT they didn't add my ranch. I got two ranches included in my meal. My heart dropped i searched for ranch even the small packets in my whole kitchen. But I had none. Never have received cold wings at any location. Still not sure why they use the hard roll paper towels. This is a deterrent not to eat it. The home made ranch along with the great sauces get you.
