One of the biggest reasons why I gave this place a one star is because of lack of customer service. I attempted to place an order here by phone 3x on my way home from work; the first time they put me on hold and then it disconnected, the second attempt they hung up on me and the third attempt they never answer the phone this all happen within 15 minutes of each other. What's funny is that I made a drive by 20 minutes later and the restaurant seemed empty. Maybe I called on a bad day, either way that shouldn't be the way to do business. We ordered the 30 count wings, lemon pepper, honey bbq, and mild flavor. It came with fries and veggies sticks. The bbq flavor wings were the best. I'm usually a lemon pepper and mild wings kind of girl but these wings were not great. The lemon pepper tasted more like plain wings with some pepper thrown on them. The mild flavor tasted weird! I've had wing stop in another state, but this was the first time I realized there was one nearby. I ordered my classic lemon pepper wings and also got Louisiana rub. The Louisiana rub always actually very delectable! It did take a long time for our order to be ready, but that was not because they were dilly dallying, moreso the cooking process itself. The wings where so good. Cooked just like I enjoy them juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The quality of the seasoning was great. I had the lemon pepper. I placed my order on line. I love the wings at wingstop! The flavors are delicious and the meat is super tender and juicy. They also put a very generous amount of sauce on their wings. Try the atomic if you're brave. I won't order from here again. They forgot some of our order in the bag. When we phoned and asked them to just refund the $3.49 back to my credit card we were told we had to go in person to get the refund. We live 45 mins away, there is no way I am doing that drive again. They have no problem taking the money before you get there but the rude staff aren't willing to help you when THEY have made a mistake with your order. I contacted corporate but doubt anything will happen judging by the other review on here. It's only $3.49 but it's the principle of the whole situation. But this extremely dissatisfying experience at this specific Wingstop location urged me enough to create a yelp account and write my first review. I came in to place an order for 10 piece traditional wings Togo. The cashier told me the wait time would be approximately 10 minutes, which was reasonable. Due note, the store was NOT busy at the time of my order, since I noticed the entire staff in the back casually talking to one another. Several minutes later, two other customer came in to place their order, and somehow managed to get BOTH of their meals before mine. In addition to the long 25 minute wait time, I noticed one of the young man on his phone texting instead of assisting with the food. Your text from your mom can wait a couple more minutes, your only job right now is attend to your customers who are waiting to receive their food.. Should I had known the queue time for a mere 10 piece wings was going to be a little over 25 minutes, I would taken my business somewhere else. But I can assure you, this will be my first and last time ordering food from this establishment. read more

I had gone to this location on January 10, 2019 expecting nothing less than good service, but what I got was the complete opposite. I was waiting in line to place my order, and when I finally got to the register I had to wait even longer because the manager was too busy yelling and arguing with her employees. The whole establishment heard it and was surprised. I am not sure of her name but she looks to be in her 30's, African America, and had a headband on. There is a window where you can see into the kitchen and I could see the cooks just standing there on their phones for a while before they started cooking our wings. I'm not picky when it comes to wing places because I love wings, but this place is by far the worst wing stop/restaurant I've ever been to. It's disgusting. The employees are the worst part. I ordered boneless wings mild and lemon pepper mixed, got my order and my wings had no lemon pepper. I walk up to the counter and asked for the lemon pepper I never got, and the girl says "you can just give me your plate and I'll do it for you" I didn't bother to do the most so I just asked if I could get it on the side, her response was so rude. She rolled her eyes at me and continued to have an attitude while she was on her way to get my lemon pepper that I originally asked for while she was taking my order in the first place. On top of all that, I was sitting next to the drink machine, (which isn't a problem) a kid walks up to refill his drink, and the Coke tab that hooks onto the drink spout fell off and fell to the ground, the other employees that were eating I'm not sure if they were on break or whatever but they come with their unwashed hands, pick the tab up and put it back on the Coke spout without even washing THEIR hands let alone washing the tab that fell ON THE FLOOR. I always order from this wing stop been a customer since it opened. My last visit was very unpleasant. I ordered online like I always do. When came to pick up my order I was told there hadn't been an order placed!? I understand sometimes things get missed so I wasn't that upset with that bit the way I was treated during this inconvenience. I showed the girl at the counter my emailed confirmation and she repeated that she didn't know why they didn't have the order. Then she just looked at me as if she wanted me to leave. Finally I asked can reorder?! As a customer I shouldn't have to ask to reorder my meal, that should have been the first thing I should have been asked! Let me start by saying that I LOVE WINGS. I eat them about 5 times a week so when i found out Wing Stop opened a Duluth location, i had to stop in because I pass it otw to work each day. This was my very first time having Wing Stop. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in combo meal with half traditional Hot and half garlic parmesan. My mother also got the 10 piece combo but with mild and Hawaiian Wings. We both had the fries and an order of celery. First off, I'm disappointed that the combo does not include celery. We paid the additional $1.05 to get some. When we got the celery it was transparent looking, soaking wet, and were extremely soggy like. We had reason to believe they had been frozen. Idk if they froze them in an attempt to be cheap thinking it would keep them fresh but it was a horrible idea. I went back to the counter and asked for different ones as the ones I were given were soggy and bendy. I waited about 5 mins until they brought out my celery. AWhen they guy from the kitchen gave them to me he said "hopefully these are better". The new ones they brought out appeared the same but like they tried to dry off some of the water this time. Still nasty and soggy when I bit into it. I didn't complain a 3rd time because I felt it was useless since they only costs me $1. Secondly the garlic parm Wings lacked flavor. They came in What looked like a pool of butter with grated parm on top. They had No taste of garlic and absolutely No seasoning. They were disappointingly bland. I drenched them in the blue cheese dressing I had to give them a flavor so that I would eat them. The traditional Hot wings were excellent! My mom said the mild were Ok and that she preferred American Deli, which it right across the street. She stated that the Hawaiian were Ok too. Nothing to write home about. The fries were really good. When we came in, there was a group seated that were eating and they're fries looked burnt so I made sure to ask the cashier to make sure ours didn't come out burnt. I hate how small this location is. It's very cramped. I'd hate to see it on a weekend night. We saw who appeared to be the owner or their son come in. He walked past and just looked at us, No hello or anything. We were the only customers in the restaurant by this time. He went straight to the kitchen and watched the workers work. He looked like he was trying to be sure everything was being done correctly. Poor poor service! I don't like to give bad reviews but this was the 2nd time I received horrible service. The 1st time I was coming from a long appointment with my daughter and we were both hungry and tired so I called in to place a to go order - to save time. I was left on hold for about 4-5 minutes. Next, the girl went to take my order and when I asked about flavor she replied like she was annoyed and said "you don't have a menu at home?" I let that pass and placed my order. The total was about $30. She asked if I wanted to pay over the phone or when I got there. I said the latter. She said we can not place your order until you get here. What? Why couldn't she have said that 5 minutes ago? And after her lack of professionalism I was not about to give my credit card info over the phone. I understand that they may have had issues in the past but again, what's the point of a call in order if they don't start making it until you get there? Fast forward to today, we decided to give it one more try. We went in and checked in with our Yelp app. A coupon popped up. We asked to redeem and they said no, it has to be printed. (The managers first reaction was to say NO.)We had to explain that it was a Yelp coupon. They looked at it and decided that since we had paid that they were not gonna redo the order to allow us to use it. I've been hearing about Wing Stop for years. I came across this location so I felt I would try it. I ordered the lemon pepper (bone-in) with fries. I told them I wanted everything crispy. When I got my order the fries weren't crispy nor was the chicken. I really don't like soft wings or limp fries. Plus the lemon pepper chicken hardly had any seasoning on them. I had to add extra myself. The only thing I got that was good was the honey mustard. I know that's a shame. I don't like everybodys honey mustard though. I'll give this place 1 more chance. I've personally experienced that several times. They are more expensive than dine in establishments who have a better quality of service and bigger wings. They also charge for dipping sauce unless you order a combo in my experiences. Horrible manager, as the female stated she was the regional manager. If this is true, I don't know where she received her training? Very unprofessional, poor services and the list goes on. She was in the back cooking while yelling on the phone. Half of my order of smaller than normal size wings were cold. Tasted like they were cooked hours before I arrived. The services and the food is TERRIBLE. This Duluth location decided to CUT BACK ON THEIR COST BY SERVING MINI WINGS TO CUSTOMERS. They RAISED THE PRICE, BUT SRUNK THE SIZE OF WINGS. The cost should be a dime, instead of $8.00 for a 6pc combo. Manager said that the wings are always smaller during the summer. They were the smallest wings I ever seen! Taco Mac and BWW is way better. I don't mind the wait IF the food is worth it. The quality is what breaks the deal. This Wingstop in Duluth used to be nice. Management needs to be changed. I wanted to use them for a big business event. Not after my last experience. I will not use Wingstop for personal/corporate events. This place used to have a lot of people when I visited.
