Ordered the 8pc wing meal all flats.....did not get all flats (honestly it was just 2 drums which I can deal, but hey it's the principle if I'm paying extra for all flats). I ordered lemon pepper and the hot honey rub....i got a drop of lemon pepper on one wing and NO rub on the others. Called the restaurant a few times to get them to get my order right, but was put on hold and left there for the longest (don't even bother calling a bunch as they won't answer). So now I'm here writing this review, hoping someone from management will contact me to make things right! Because paying $22 for what I got was not worth it as someone going through chemotherapy, and was finally able to eat solid food but was seriously disappointed! If I could give zero stars, I would. The employees here are consistently rude, and my recent experience was unacceptable. I ordered food for my baby sister, and they completely ruined the order. Since I was on my way to work when I picked it up, I couldn't return immediately. They assured me they would leave a ticket for a remake. However, when I returned--even after they acknowledged the mistake--they only replaced five of the wings. My sister couldn't eat the original order because it was made spicy, and she does not eat spicy food. The level of customer service here is extremely poor. To make matters worse, when I tried to speak with someone about the issue, I was repeatedly put on hold and ignored, even while standing right in front of them. My phone calls were ignored repeatedly while I was simply trying to check on my order. The only way I could get through was by calling from another number. After waiting weeks for a response from a manager, it became clear that respect and proper management are not priorities at this restaurant. If I had actually received my order, I'm certain I would've gotten food poisoning. This place is a disaster all around. I wish I would had looked at the reviews before ordering wings from here tonight. I ordered the boneless wing deal, and it came with 20 wings with up to 4 flavors, a large fry, and dipping sauces. I chose hickory smoked bbq, garlic parmesan,Cajun, and Louisiana rub. I also ordered a 4 piece of chicken tenders in the flavor spicy Korean. For dessert, I ordered 2 brownies, and we got 2 ranch dips and 1 honey mustard. So I placed the order at 7:15pm, it said 16-21 minutes til our order is ready. We arrived at 7:31pm and didn't get our order until 7:55 pm. My husband waited the whole time in their restaurant. While it did seem busy, the restaurant was run by children. When we got home. We noticed the order was not correct. All 20 wings were all smooshed into the same container, separated by only a thin sheet of parchment paper. None of the wings were labeled, so we had no idea which flavor was which. 3 sets of the wings looked identical. This was due to the Cajun seasoning being a rub and not being advertised correctly on the website. Also, the garlic parmesan wings had zero parmesan on them. The boneless wings were extremely tiny, and several were hard as a rock and unedible. The Korean chicken tenders were decent, and the seasoned fries were decent also. We only received 1 out of the 2 brownies. I called the restaurant over and over again, and nobody would pickup, it kept saying their voice-mail was not set up. Finally, a young man answered and asked if I could hold, and I said yes. I waited a minute or 2, and a woman got on the line. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said that her manager Alan was on a break. She took down my phone number but did not ask for my name and said Alan would call me back when his break was over. I don't think I would ever go there again or recommend wingstop to anyone after this horrible experience.
