I've been coming here for a long time, and it's a place I genuinely enjoy visiting. It may not always be perfect, but it's always been somewhere I look forward to coming back to, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I want to start by recognizing my server, who was attentive, kind, and professional throughout my visit. The head chef also deserves a lot of credit. After I sent my first dish back, he personally came out with the replacement, took the time to make sure it was prepared correctly, and handled the situation with professionalism. The second dish was much better, and I truly appreciated the effort he made. Unfortunately, what should have been a positive recovery turned into one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've ever had. After my replacement meal was brought out, another staff member--not my server or the chef--stood nearby watching me as I took my first bite. He even commented that he wanted to "make sure she's alright." While I understand the intention may have been to check on my experience, the way it was handled made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Instead of simply checking in and giving me space, he continued hovering and watching me eat. It felt like I was being observed rather than allowed to enjoy my meal. As someone who already doesn't like feeling watched while eating, this completely took away my appetite. I ended up pushing my food aside because I was so uncomfortable. It wasn't the replacement meal that ruined my experience--it was the constant hovering and feeling like I was being monitored. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I truly do enjoy this restaurant and will likely continue coming back. The chef and my server handled everything with professionalism and care, and they deserve recognition for that. My only hope is that staff understand there's a difference between checking on a guest and making them feel like they're under a microscope. We really enjoy coming to Buffalo Wild Wings! Tuesdays are our favorite because of their BOGO specials-it's totally worth it. My son and I used to come in during the mornings and loved being served by Kate. Since our schedule changed and we moved farther away, we now visit in the late afternoons or evenings. We've continued to have great experiences with the evening servers, and management is always visible and ready to assist both staff and guests. It's been wonderful to see the improvements at BWW over the years, as we've been loyal customers since 2021. We also really enjoy their new appetizers. Keep up the great work! read more

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had, without exaggeration, the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. Rudee, our server, was completely incompetent from start to finish. The few chicken wings we got were decent--but even that was overshadowed by how unbelievably bad the service was. We didn't get our drinks until we were already halfway done eating, and our carrots and celery showed up after we had completely finished. What kind of service is that? Then came my mom's meal--which was a complete disaster. The first time, they brought out the wrong order. The second time, the food came out looking like it had been completely sabotaged. It was disgusting and inedible. Instead of fixing it properly, they brought out a burger--but at that point, my mom didn't even get to eat. She was already put off, left hungry, and had a stomach ache. She didn't trust the food at that point and was afraid to even touch the burger, worried it had been messed with too, so we took it home hoping maybe it would at least be decent. We ended up taking the burger home, and somehow it got even worse. When we checked it, it was absolutely disgusting--there was black crust-like stuff inside the burger, and we had no idea what it even was. Completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. What makes this even worse is that the restaurant wasn't busy. There is absolutely no excuse for service this bad. It honestly felt like our waitress didn't care, didn't want to be there, and had no clue what she was doing. She essentially abandoned our table because she couldn't handle the situation she created. I will give credit where it's due--the manager stepped in and handled things professionally. He clearly knows what he's doing. Unfortunately, he's being dragged down by staff like this. I've been coming here for years and have had plenty of great experiences, but this was on another level--in the worst way possible. This wasn't just "bad service," this was embarrassing, careless, and completely unacceptable. To the manager: you did your job well, but you seriously need to reevaluate who you have working the floor. Service like this doesn't just hurt one table--it ruins your entire reputation. If this is the standard now, it's no surprise your ratings are so low. And to make things crystal clear--we are normally very generous tippers. We consistently tip well and even go out of our way to throw extra toward the kitchen staff because we respect the people behind the scenes. But because of this waitress and the way this entire situation was handled, this is one of the rare times where absolutely no tip was deserved. Not a single dollar. Extremely dissatisfied. I've brought my family here before, a short distance from our home. We came to eat dinner tonight. Didn't even begin eating before my wife noticed what we thought was a single hair in our food. When we looked closely we found multiple wings had long human hairs. We chose not to make a scene. We waited several minutes trying to get the waitress's attention. She came over and she seemed unsurprised and said she'll remove would remove the meal from the bill. Was declined a remake of the food. I was charged for our drinks and the rest of the food on the table which was barely picked at. Waitress said that the staff needs to do a better job of checking the food and even claims to inspect every tray herself and said she didn't see anything. I pointed out how it was a single hair. Went to celebrate me and my cousin's bday last night. They ran out of a certain liquor for happy hour, messed up my order, and never called last call. We put in for a shot way before 1:30 am... the cook and manager (I'm assuming) walks out the kitchen 15 mins later to check on us and says he already called last call. At this time it's 1:30 and we had put in for a shot 15-20 mins before. Me and my cousin were THE ONLY two CUSTOMERS in there and were NOT notified when the last call was (there were three employees who walked passed us more than once before this encounter and the bartender barely ever spoke to us at all) . Unfortunately I would not recommend anymore. I used to love buffalo wild wings. I went yesterday and they had the BOGO deal for carry out. My husband and I ordered 10 wings (so 20) and onion rings. I placed the order just before 3:30pm. The pick up estimated time was 3:50pm. Perfect we needed to pop into ross real quick anyway so we took our time and I arrived for pick up at 3:55pm. An employee asked for my name shortly after arriving and went to the back. Another gentleman came out to bring another person their order and asked my name again. I told him but also mentioned someone was helping me. He went to the back. No one came back to me until 3:05pm to bring my order. 15 mins passed the pick up time and 37 mins after I placed the order. The restaurant was empty. There were 5 men sitting around the bar and a couple of ladies had just walked in when I did. The food was luke warm and they only gave us one ranch for 20 wings, no utensils and no napkins. The ranch wasnt a big deal just disappointing. read more

The fried pickles were on the "rare" side of the frying: they were breaded and fried, but opaque and white with very little browning and the pickles themselves were just slightly warm. Onion rings dissolved and weren't crispy, they just sort of fell apart in your hands before each bite. Mozzarella sticks were the only thing worth eating, and even they weren't that great. Service wasn't bad, just very lonely since there was only one girl acting as host, bus girl and waitress in the entire restaurant. My husband and I have been enjoying lunch at this location for the last few years. The servers are great, especially Katelyn who has been our server many times. She is always very friendly and welcoming. Their food is always warm and tasty and comes out in a reasonable amount of time. This place is of poor quality. It smells real bad....there has been so much beer spilled in this place over the years, that they cannot get the smell out. If you know what a dive bar smells like, you know what I mean. The wings ( which they are supposed to be known for), are little crack wings. $13.00 for 6 little baby chick wings....bad value. The waitresses don't pick up the plates, after eating, and they look like they just rolled out of bed. Went in today with my 2 daughters. The wings were ice cold, the fries was less quality than the once you can get at a 7/11. The hostess said they don't have anyone serving the booths, where funny thing the servers walk right by the booths coming in and out getting the food. Our waitress never came back to fill the soda for my kids after we waiting 15 minutes we left without getting a refill. I've noticed every time we come here we never see a manager. What kind of a clown ass environment restaurant is this chain heading into? Where do I start? I did not read the previous reviews prior to coming in since Santee for me and my husband has been a hidden spot for customer service and wait times. Just briefly east of San Diego, it is a short drive for when we don't feel social enough to go near the coast. With that being said, we went to Santee's BWW because it is closer to us at Scripps Ranch and it is our beloved Santee (the place of modern stores, no wait time, and great customer service). When we arrived there were a few people waiting to be seated yet the place was... empty? I assumed those waiting were larger parties as their dining room was literally almost empty. So, I ask for a table for two and we were told 15-20 min. Whew! No biggie. We were called within the set time so that was good. I was still confused about the place being almost empty but I did manage to count two waitresses, one bar tender, and one host. My logic is that they might be short staffed. Understandable. When we were taken to our table, it made absolutely no sense. There were some empty booths with food that had been sitting there for a while and they wanted us to sit in between a bunch of people but more specifically right next to a big group where we were so cramped up so I simply moved the food from one of the booths to the table they offered us and apologized to the waitress because we didn't feel comfortable sitting in between a ton of people when the place was empty. She said it was totally okay so that was cool! When we ordered, our appetizer was a bit cold and super salty compared to other times/locations. My drink had dried up strawberry around the glass as if the drink had been sitting for a long time and they just didn't want to throw it away or perhaps they just don't wash the glasses properly? The wings were delicious as usual but we were kind of out of it already by the experience so we just took it to go. Lastly there was food on top of the decorations? So weird! Writing this review makes me sad... because we used to love this place. You walk in and it looks the same; lots of TVs, sports, and menu- but it's sadly not. The beer selection is still good; and the beer was fresh and he glass was cold- so bonus points for that. The service was good too. Here come the heartbreak- the boneless wings were just... under par. The chicken its self was good- not over cooked, still juicy, but the sauce???? Not good. - they were barely tossed in the sauce, -pretty sure I received the wrong sauce - the flavor was just meh and tasted.... Cheap. We ordered veggies, the celery was good but the BABY CARROTS- not sticks- literally tiny baby store carrots were white, dry and minuscule. Really overall it was a disappointment. So. Dang. Sad. I may give it another chance down the road; but I won't be excited or not first choice for wings any time soon. read more

Ummmmmm why..... your restaurant is empty! We sat and waited for over the 5 minutes we were told to wait and the minute my husband told the hostess to take us off the list she replied "but your next, I was just about to get you". Why does it SMELL SO BAD in here? I walked in for a pickup order and was literally disgusted.
