This is the WORST wingstop I have ever seen. The last 10 times we have ordered from here they have completely messed up the order. I'm serious. 10 times in a row. No drinks, ranch spilled on everything in the bag, wrong food, no food, etc. How can one place be so bad? Is it on purpose? Do NOT go here. The one in Fort Smith is supposed to be really good. But this place is a joke. I don't know who runs that place but someone really needs to look into it. It is quite none for being really bad. But it's close by and we really wanted to like it. Never had a bad meal from this location. Yes they can be a little slow at times but I think it's due to how busy they are. On my last visit we got the chicken sandwich. My wife had the Original Hot and I went with the Mango Habanero with the fries double fried. We both agreed Wingstop has the best Chicken Sandwich out there. read more

This location never has consistent food. Every time the quality of wings/fries is different, and most times it is not good. Food will be cold, the flavor will be off... Also do not trust the mobile order service. Food is always late. The location itself is dirty. The hot honey rub was wet looking and way over seasoned. I have had it before and that isn't how it's supposed to be. I couldn't eat it. For me it's a pretty good wing joint. It offers a nice selection of sauces. I love spicy! To me some of them they list as being very hot are actually rather tame. The wings are pretty meaty and have a good overall coating of either sauce or dry rub. The sides are good. The corn on the cob is cut down pretty small and coated with one of their dry rubs. If you are getting it for kids you might want to get them without the rub. You can get any rub or sauce out on the fries or get them plain. As far as wings go they aren't bad. We ordered the Atomic classic wings last night (5/10/23) from their location at 1237 Martin Luther King Blvd. I've never had worse hot wings in my life. It tasted like they made regular hot wings then rolled them in chili powder...yes, chili powder, to make them "Atomic" :( It was just nasty. That and it was like $62 for 50 of these disgusting hot wings. Did I throw them away? NO!
