Today I decided to order Wingstop & have it delivered. I ordered the 8 piece Lemon Pepper wings, all flats, well done. The delivery time was not accurate. If I am too lazy to pickup my food, I cannot criticize how long it takes my delivery to arrive. I will say, I payed over $32 for my food (including tip). When my food was delivered, the fries were extremely cold & I received a 6 piece instead of the 8 piece. I called the restaurant and was told to come in and speak with the GM. I went in after work and was met with the most obnoxious male manager. He was spiraling. His tone when speaking with me caused me pause. I had to PRAY before I responded. No one working could provide Corporates phone number. Will never order delivery again! I hope the manager found solace when he went to sit on the sidewalk & talk on his phone, leaving his staff swamped. The atmosphere was lacking. All I wanted was the difference refunded to my card & the manager said, No! I will make you 2 wings to fulfill your order. I told him, since he could not refund the difference, remake the order. I left there trying to figure out what circus had I just attended. I watched delivery drivers open taped bags to pull out order & open containers to ensure the orders were correct. I appreciate their willingness to practice Quality Control; however, when the bag has been taped, it should only be re-opened by the consumer. Wingstop, do better. read more

I just ordered online and was told that my food would arrive at 11:10, it never came.. and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Don't do it! Drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the bridgeton location. They took $49 from me and refused to refund it because they were out of chicken. I don't understand how they have 6 or 7 employees working. All of them are behind the counter and only half of them are working. There is no reason anyone should have to wait 30 minutes for an online order. I arrived at the store around the time I was told the food would be ready. Three words. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I used to eat here often and for whatever reason, it's just not the same. On this particular day I dined in for lunch. The wait time was the normal 14 minutes but the food just wasn't good. It seemed rushed. Rushed in a sense that the chicken wasn't all the way done. I'm not sure about anyone else but who wants "soft" chicken? The Louisiana Rub which is a DRY rub had sauce on it and the Garlic Parmesan lacked flavor. Wingstop has some amazing boneless wings. 10 wings and an order of fries is all you need for a cheap meal for 2. The inside of the restaurant is kind small. I recently went there with my mom on a Saturday and almost every table was full plus lots of people waiting for takeout. There's a reason they are so busy. These are good wings. I love Wingstop. They're usually super kind and nice to me. Food takes awhile but it's always tasty so I don't mind. It's definitely like a "I want wings and I'm willing to pay/wait" place. It's not a place to grab a "quick bite to eat" (again, takes awhile) and it's pretty pricey in comparison to other options in the area (that aren't just straight dine in restaurants) but also keep in mind, it is wings.
