This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They suck. The customer service is horrible. They lack clear management. The employees are soooo high that they can't think straight or lack knowledge/understanding needed to work in the fast food industry. Recently ordered online and arrived 25 minutes later to pick up. Had to wait another 40 minutes before order ready. They were not busy, just completely disorganized. Rude counter staff. I am not sure why they tell you 14 mins when you order over the phone but it usually takes at least 30 mins after I show up for them to mess up my order. Do your self a favor and take the extra time to go to a different location this one stinks. read more

I downloaded this app purely to give this store a terrible review. I don't know what's worse, the employees lack of urgency or their attitudes. If I got to make tasty wings all day, I'd be pretty pumped. Waited nearly 45 minutes for wings. Good thing I had a solid mix of Luther Vandross jams playing in the store to keep me occupied. Listen, I'm a polite lady but when I'm hangry and trying to make it back home for the 3rd period of the Blues game I would prefer my wings to be prompt. Horrible location. I ordered online. The app said my food would be ready at 9:28 pm. I got there at 9:30, and I was still waiting at 10:00!!!!!! Also I ordered, and paid, for cheese fries but did NOT get them, and my food was cold!!!! Horrible. The location on W. Florissant is much better. What kind of god-seasoning are these people using on their fries?! They are the utmost perfection in terms of taste when they are hot, and to dip them in any kind of sauce would be to launch your soul into the deepest pits of flavor despair. So just don't do it. Eat them plain and live with zero regrets. The lemon pepper wings are the kind of thing you push people in front of trains for, but I'd understand if you did some unspeakable things for a little parm-garlic action. The boneless wings are awesome and typically lack the nasty gristle of other alternatives, but you'll occasionally run into a crunchy rock of breading with no chicken inside - a minor inconvenience for such tasty food. Unfortunately, our fries and wings came lukewarm from this location, which was basically a major tragedy given how unfathomably awesome their food is. Their paper inserts boast that they don't use heat lamps or bins (AKA: their food is hella fresh), but our to-go order that we were most assuredly early to pick up was stale. Disappointing, given that we had only ordered it about 10-15 minutes prior. When the food is fresh, you're gonna be all, "lol buffalo wild WHAT?", but when it's anything but, expect to be writhing on the ground looking for a fix like a smack addict chasing the dragon - it's just not the same, and the disappointment is soul-crushing. I agree with Anne A. & Audrey T. The service is undoubtedly horrendous & the employees should be working at the zoo. I ordered online at 4:25 & stated I wanted it ready by 5:00. It was 5:10 when they finally gave me food & the employees had no remorse but only excuses. This is the second time I have been there. The wings were cold, unsure why since I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. There was hardly any sauce and I only had 6 pieces instead of the eight I ordered. The time before, same issue. Poor quality is what I have experienced. Being from the O'Fallon area, we absolutely love your O'Fallon location, so I was ecstatic when I found out you had a location in Florissant close to my new place of employment. I decided to try this location out for lunch today, being a Friday around lunch time I figured it would be best to order online and pick up. I placed my order at 11:20 AM and got the screen that my order would be ready for pick up at 11:40 AM. I got to the establishment at 11:40 and stood in line behind a group of three men who were placing and paying individually for their orders, I then paid for my order at 11:48, I was then told to have a seat and my order would be out shortly. I sat on one of the benches you provide in front of the counter, and began to notice that the men that were in front of me in line were being served their food. After making a few runs to serve the men, a very nice lady asked my name, which I told her, she then ran back and then told me that she was finishing my sauce to put on my wings..this was at 11:55 AM. Overall, you had my order for over 30 minutes before starting it, when the group that came in before me had a total of seven minutes from the time they ordered, to when they were served. So my question is what good is ordering online? When I could have came in the store and got faster service? Or do you not start food until the order is paid for? If so, it needs to be clearly stated on the website. I called this location and asked to speak to a manager, I was then transferred to someone else that told me that the store manager was not in until this evening. I am overall incredibly disappointed in this location, as excited as I was to find this location, I overall regret the time that I wasted on my lunch hour to this horrible experience. read more

They tell me it's a 20 minute wait. So I waited 15 before I went up there. I get up there and pay for my order. Told me my order wasn't ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes as I noticed 3 customers placed orders and got their food before me. Went back to the front and asked them if my order was ready. It's been over 30 minutes. They asked me if I already paid for my food, gave them my receipt. Then told me my food had been ready this whole time. This place is very, poorly managed. No pride in their work. read more

wingstop to me is like mcdonalds when u want a burger. it will satisfy your wing craving but its not the best for wings. its better if you eat there bc by the time you get home the fries are going to be super soggy. this place is a hit or miss, sometimes the wings are fab, great sauce ratio, juicy meat. then sometimes you have to question yourself if you ordered a rub or sauce and the wings just look...sad. either way, its just for a fix read more

The restaurant's hours state that they close at midnight. I attempted to call my order in around 11:15 on Sunday. I could not get through because the line was busy. I decided to drive to the store after several failed attempts. When I arrived it was 11:50 pm. The open signed was off but I could see the employees were inside cleaning up and preparing to close. I grabbed the door handle to see if it was unlocked, it was so I walked in greeted the employee behind the counter and asked if I could still place an order. The gentleman told me no, that they were closed. I told him that I'd tried calling my order in but could not get through. He told me that their phone system had been down since Wednesday. I again attempted to give him my order but he again declined, stating that their computers showed it was midnight. I glanced down at my watch to verify, it was 11:55 pm. I then asked to speak with a manager. He told me that he was the manager. I then asked for his name and the name of the district manager and a contact phone number. He refused to give me the number and told me to get the F@*% out of his restaurant. I asked why I had to leave the store and then he replied "because you're a cunt". He then told me that if I didn't leave he would call the police. I walked outside to let my husband know what happened. The rude manager followed me outside, still yelling but also calling the police. We decided to wait for the officer and give him our side of the story. To say the least I will never visit this or any other Wingstop for that matter. I've read a few other reviews about how horrible the service is and its ridiculous.
