Tell me how I waited 2 HOURS for some wings. I put in an order at 8:00 and it says the wait is 45 minutes to an hour, pretty long but ok. I show up 50 minutes later and they tell me that it's being made. 45 minutes later I ask where's my food. They tell me that it's STILL being made. It wasn't until 20 minutes after that when I finally got my food. I ordered at 8:00 and didn't even receive my food until after 10:00. The place was absolutely filthy. The coke machine's screen had a visibly thick layer of dirt caked on it. The straw dispenser was sticky. Somebody had spilled some red drink on the cup lids that were sitting out. The table I was sitting at had a receipt on it with a time stamp of 6:17. I was in the restaurant around 8:45. This suggests the tables hadn't been cleaned in well over two hours. Absolutely unacceptable.
