So many "hot chicken" places in the area now. They are probably the best in my opinion. I got the sandwich and tender combo. I got the "medium" spice level and it was perfect for me. Spicy, good flavor, a little bit of pain, but not so much heat that it was unenjoyable. The chicken was tender and juicy with the perfect crisp on the breading. The fries were crispy and seasoned well. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and had a touch of vinegar. It complemented both the sandwich and fries perfectly. If you like hot chicken, give them a try. The customer service is solid I was able to try three different lemonades I mixed em into one drink. I ended up getting a chicken & waffle was solid the favor was honey butter that alone made me go back in for another box to take back home after my day was over. Love the fries here. Sami good, too. The pickles are pretty tasteless... but they do add texture. I throw away the top of the bun as there's no dressing on it... small reductions, and carbs add up... despite eating the fries. But honestly, additional bread simply dilutes the flavor that I'm chasing. Less bread equals more concentrated FLAVOR. My typical habit with a burger wherever I go... the one exception would be heirloom! I went with the medium heat and next time I think I'll get it a bit hotter .. their sauce is solid! I was there in the evening after the gym ... about 6 PM. The restaurant was very slow, I think there were five employees there.... Super loud, talking and joking around, which was not appreciated. A lot of ghetto Talk as well... seems to be no awareness of how that translates into the public area. I almost got up to go 'inform' them and get my money back! Not good! And as the music is so loud, it's remarkable that they project overtaking it!! With five employees bantering about you would think that the bathroom would be much cleaner than it was. Whoever is the shift manager is not maintaining a very high standard... They are either unaware or indifferent... more surprising is that two employees had used and exited that same bathroom while I was eating... guess they had to get back to the party! It's amazing that people lack situational awareness, and here's an example where that loud joking battering does not help the business. It's simply not professional. I've never get a drink other than a courtesy water ... I'm here the food alone, like everywhere. I like the restaurant and this whole complex has so many good options! Good since I was getting burned out on annesso! If it was not for the loud inappropriate bantering among the staff, I would've given them more stars! Also, the register person seems kinda out of touch ... robotic immediately asking you what you would like and I mean the second you walk up to the register. I ordered through DoorDash since I wanted to try something new on a random weeknight. The food arrived well-packaged in a cool box, and the order was completely accurate. I tried the sandwich and tender meal with regular fries, opting for the mild heat level on both. For anyone with a low spice tolerance, the mild is very safe and not spicy at all; you could probably step up to buffalo if you're looking for a little kick. I initially went to the one in Las Vegas and absolutely loved it so I kinda had high expectations for this one. The strawberry hibiscus lemonade was really good. 2 out of 5. The positive is that they have great customer service, lots of seating, and clean restrooms. The not so positive is the portions, lack of taste, and the high price of entry. By this, I mean your total to feel fulfilled. We got their Original Chicken Sandwich with no spice and another with mild spice. The brioche bun was not special, the battered chicken was a bit below a local mid-level fast food competitor (that isn't known for their chicken,) and the sauce was odd, to say the least. Granular, to say the most. The fries looked flavored but didn't deliver on that mark, though were crispy. The coleslaw and pickles may have been the highlight of that dish. We also picked up a side of 5 a la carte nuggets. The nuggets had to weigh 1.2 oz after frying. The amount was so little, it disappointed my teenager immediately. Lastly, the strawberry hibiscus drink (they also have a freeze) was really good. The total came out to $55 not counting gratuity. Suffice it to say, we were overall dissatisfied and disappointed. No apology or anything. The cashier who originally took our order though was very sweet. She brought our new fries and apologized. The new fries was cooked this time so that's good. This was a bit of drive from my house in Clovis, but well worth it. Staff were super nice and decor was cool. I had the cheesy hot chicken sandwich with mild heat and fries. At first everything looked great and delicious. First I tried the fries they were lukewarm definitely not right out of the fryer, the sandwich was a decent size and tasted really good. We started eating the fusion fries and at first it was a great first bite, the chicken tasted really good, the weirdness began with mango, beans mixed together and all sat on the side which made that side of the dish super soggy. It had cojita cheese with cilantro dressing and house sauce, it was a huge portion of food in a small bowl, it's definitely something you should share with someone since it's a lot of food. My honest opinion of the place it was weird with the chickens and car painting, the music was as if I'm in high school all over again, the employees were cussing as they were talking out in the restaurant. It's giving hood vibes in an area that is dominantly white and on the nicer side of town. Flavorful spices and lively atmosphere, but a little lagging in the service during this visit. Family ordered takeout for a Saturday night dinner and took home a 15 piece nugget meal, loaded fries, original sandwich meal, and 3 tender meal. The levels of hot were pretty accurate, and I appreciate that their spicy includes actual flavor rather than just trying to burn your tastebuds off. The nuggets and sandwich were all very much enjoyed for those reasons. However, we thought the tenders and fries could have been cooked to more of a crisp to give it some crunch. Granted, our order was steamed a bit by the time we got home, but there were still some fries that were clearly in the grease a little longer than the others. Also, I ordered online and when I arrived I waited in my car until the indicated pickup time. However, it was clear based upon discussions between the employees that my order was not started until I arrived, and it was another 20 minutes after the pickup time that I actually received my food. That kind of delay would make me hesitant to return, but I may have caught them on a difficult day. I did appreciate that the guy at the front counter noticed that the kitchen did not include an extra tender I'd ordered and corrected that before passing the food to me.
