Mid. It's been years since my last visit and that last visit, I was very generous with my review. Especially since it was a rare occasion of getting great service. That's kind of why I never really cared to come back. Service was not consistent and the place is unbearably loud (yes, I know it's a sports bar)... very hard to have a decent conversation here without shouting. We sat in the bar area, Saturday, which we only went because someone misinformed him over the phone that they would be showing a boxing fight he was interested in... come to find out, they don't show boxing matches. We had already ordered our food/drinks before we found out so it was too late to go elsewhere. It was packed in there but there were two available tables for us to choose from and they did clean it off for us fairly quickly so we did appreciate that. Our guy got our drink orders right away, received it not too long after. Took a while before he got our food orders and even longer for the food to come out. Once the food did come out, he asked if we needed anything else, my man asked for another beer... apparently he didn't remember asking because he came back probably 15-20mins later asking if we needed anything else. My bf has more patience than me because he just told him another beer again only to wait probably another 10-15 minutes or so before finally getting it. Our wings were good... never had a problem with their wings. We got the Jammin' Jalapeños. The nachos... meh. Looks nice-ish upon receiving but there's really nothing to these Nachos and that was disappointing. A bunch of chips with only toppings/cheese/cream on the top layer. I should've taken a picture of what we didn't finish-- which was a lot. Either their quality went down or my taste just got more advanced. Oh, and my margarita was by far one of my least favorites I've had in a very long while... watered down, not much flavor (for a Strawberry marg), and just didn't taste like a margarita. I've had my fair share of margs, I'm very qualified to judge. Anyway, if it weren't for their wings-- I'd probably never think to come back... I'd be good with settling for getting them to go. If anything, I'd only go for a social gathering but even then-- there are better options. K, bye. read more

Food and service was wonderful!! I wanted so badly to give 5 stars, then I went to the restroom. If the restroom is this filthy, I'd hate to see what the kitchen looks like. It wasn't even busy while we were there. It seriously needs a deep cleaning. This isn't a bathroom that missed a day of cleaning. This bathroom needs DEEP cleaning. From the dirty sink, dirty bathroom door, cobwebs in the corners or door hinge, dusty towel and soap dispensers means not even a simple wipe down has been done in at least a week or more. What the heck happened to this place? I used to love BWW, and I had a hankering for wings so my brother and I stopped in. First off, they had the football game volume turned up louder than an Abercrombie store and you couldn't hear yourself think, it was 37 degrees outside so eating outside wasn't an option so we just had to endure it. We both ordered a 10 piece wing, mine in hot original buffalo and he ordered two different kinds but they only brought him one. They were cold, tough and chewy. Literally the worst wings I've ever had. The server asked me how things were I said they were tough and cold and he just said sorry can I get you another beer? But hey at least it's unbelievably expensive right? 60 dollars for two ten piece wings and a beer. Unbelievable, and to top it all off I got very sick that evening. Good food, lovely fried chicken portions! Expected to receive a quality treat if you're ordering traditional wings. Those portions are in jumbo size! A bit too bit for my liking but it is sure to fill you up and make your moneys worth every dollar. I like to order the mango habanero as that has always been a favorite of mine! And I also order the garlic Parmesan, and also their Asian Zing is also soooo delicious! Their fried and appetizers are great! Always good and enough to share! I placed a mobile order and came to pick it up 8 minutes after the estimated pickup time. That should have given them plenty of time to get my order ready. It was just a simple 6 piece bbq wings, that's it. Tell me why no one was at the counter for over 15 minutes. I flagged down a waitress to ask if anyone can help me and she assured me she'll get someone there, but after another waisted 10 minute wait, I flagged down another waitress and told her I've been waiting to pick up a mobile order and she finally brought my order to me. I should also mention that I called this location while I was inside at the to-go counter 2 times and I watched that phone ring with no one coming to answer it. I was recently in Huntington Beach Ca and discovered Buffalo Wild Wings. Their Ultimate Nachos were awesome. Now I'm home and felt like some Nachos and remembered BWW. We went there today and it was the worst dining experience I can even remember. At first the hostess said she didn't understand the seating arrangements, but if we sat in the bar area we could sit anywhere. I ordered the Ultimate Nachos and my girlfriend had chicken wings. When I got my Nachos they were barely warm "enough". There was barely any cheese on them. Just enough to cover 1/3 of the chips, and barely any on those. It took quite a while for our hostess to return and by then I'd eaten about half my meal. I told her the problem and she said she couldn't take it back to the kitchen. She brought my some warmed nacho sauce, but it somehow already had a skin formed on top. In retrospect I should have declined the chips and walked out the door...yes, it was that bad. Ordered online for national wing day but placed incorrect order so went in and they were nice and helpful in canceling the order and placing a new one. While waiting we went to the bar for a drink. The michelada was ehhh. They don't dress the rim, pour the beer first and then add their miche mix after. The miche mix can use some improvement, there's plenty of store bought instant mix brands that taste better. Bartender was nice and busy. Food took approximately 20 minutes as stated on the email verification. Place was semi busy, small groups and some large groups. Not packed cause only baseball season atm. Got the food home and the only one that wasn't good was the wet lemon pepper wings. At first I thought we accidentally chose dry lemon pepper but the dry would have obvious powder seasoning on it. if one star is the lowest i can give then at least yelp wants them to get the benefit of the doubt. I am a sever and have been for some time now and i feel that because i never complain i feel that when i say something, it is THAT BAD. for starters, the tables past the large booths under the tvs were only available for us to sit which the host said sit where you'd like to over there past xyz. we walked into that section closer to the bar area and that was Emma's section for that evening. She was not on top of things how one should be and i do hate to say it but, when someone sits without a drink for 5+ mins because you're chatting with a table of two guys and we can hear you hootin and hollerin, meanwhile another SERVER brings our food out, no i'm sorry my husband and stepsons food out because she did not put mine in when she put theirs in. my husband ordered a mixed cocktail and an ultra beer and the beer came out but the mixed drink took AN HOUR. His beer came in a chipped glass and i tried to tell her in a nice way because i get it, it happens! but the way she was afterwards was just sitting weird with me because i am a server and i know what things mean when we do them. i get it, our experience was not off to a good start but i tried to reassure her that it was okay and whatever shit happens not a big deal at the end of the day right? WRONG. she not only put in my food without hesitation, knowing i ordered mac n cheese as my side, but she also decided it was okay to tell my husband that she was sorry and they actually ran out of mac and cheese earlier. okay..... moving on i guess. i ordered potato wedges and he got tots. yeah apparently my food came out with tots as well just how i DID NOT ask for. mind you at this point we just wanted to kind of eat and get our misery over and done with. well... the wings came out and they were dry to begin with and my husband couldn't chew them at the half way point because they were also old. as someone who cooked for the line at dave and busters, which is a wing place, those wings were in fact old and sat under the heat lamp for some time for sure. the metal trays were hot to the touch and the cheese on the pretzels app were thickened with a layer of cold cheese because once again, not from line to table apparently, goes in the window for some time and then when they feel it's convenient they bring it out. over and all, we complied after enough and Oscar was not all that helpful and just kind of stood there like a deer in headlights, i asked him what he was going to do as a manager to help make it right because literally what the hell? he didn't really help but agreed to take my wrap off and the mixed drink we ordered that didn't come for a good while. our bill was over $100 for 3 people and it was embarrassing to have to get to that level with them but seriously b-dubs? i mean come ON. you guys have got to hire more than just someone with a damn heartbeat because that was pathetic and i cannot believe that experience to be honest it felt like we were being pranked and john quinones was going to come out and say just kidding, not what happens at all in the end, we paid for a $40ish bill and left in complete disappointment. Jose was the manager that came over at the end and tried his best to make things right but after me having to wipe our table and wait a good while for menus, my husband couldn't deal with it and was more upset that there was no consistency other than poor concentration and lack of communication within that place. as a manager you shouldn't argue with your guests when they tell you some constructive criticism but maybe that is just me. than again i see the reviews on here and don't know why we even bothered walking in. we got what we most certainly asked for, that's for sure. If I would have gone to the bathroom before my food, I would've definitely walked out of this restaurant. Thing was, it was early and there was no reason that the bathrooms were this bad. Also, they know the bathrooms are bad because they have air fresheners they're trying to mask the smell with everywhere on top of the walls in the stalls. Never again. My family had an awful experience today. We do not go here often, but it is a real treat when we do. There was an odd smell (like a broken AC) when we arrived, and no hostess. We waited ten minutes for a hostess to appear. When she did, she walked towards us, took her hand from finger tip to palm, and wiped her stuffy nose. She immediately grabbed the menus individually as if preparing a lab specimen. She said Follow me, walked past eight clean tables, and then sat us at a dirty table. She threw the menus down and then walked away. My husband said we gotta go. We left. We loved this place. Today, it was so filthy outside and inside. I had to come to Fresno for a doctors apt. I wanted a quick bite before I went back home. So I came here the waitress was really nice. Now onto the food well not even 10 minutes after I ordered some wings and fries they brought out my food. I was eating the fries they were a little old and chewy like when fries have been sitting for a little bit. I could have dealt with that, but once I went onto the wings I took only 1 bite and they were so old, kinda hard to chew and not even warm the slightest. The waitress asked me how everything was and I told her so she took my food and a little while later my food was brought out to me the fries were and some of the wings were recooked because of how crunchy they were. I know how recooked food tastes like because I did work in the food industry before. Usually Buffalo wild Wings are really good, but this was not the case this time. Im glad this wasnt my first time coming to one of these locations because if it was I would never go back to one again. I know for sure I will never come to this location ever again. Out of five dishes, one came out before our two orders of fried pickles that are supposed to be served as appetizers. The dish that came out did not have the side dip OR the celery and carrots. No one came to make sure the order was correct. Six minutes after the rest of our food came out. Missing side sauces. Restaurant out of iced tea. Out of blue cheese. Chicken was hard and like warm. Waitress was less than attentive. Why are you bringing out one dish and waiting more than five minutes to bring out the rest of the party? For the EXTREME price we pay, this was absolutely horrible. It was a good crowd for a Tuesday night when we walked in. There was a few people ahead of us. We stood behind the 2 other couple for 15 minutes with no host or anyone sitting anyone down. The first couple even ask, do we sit ourselves? One of the waitresses looked at us a few time during her passing from the kitchen to the tables. So we left to Applebees down the street and got food and great service. Funny, a few minutes after we got our table, the first couple from BBW also came to Applebees. Menu is typical bar food and it's ok. If you are craving wings and bar food it's a decent place to go. Lots of tv's everywhere!! I many a ton, with multiple things on (nascar,ufc,etc.) . I do like how the bar feels separate from the main dining even with a quarter wall between. Love that the booths can fit our family of 5 comfortably. Our server was really nice and attentive but we were the first and only table for awhile . The food came out pretty quick .
