I ordered a large, but I got about halfway through my sandwich when I ran out. I opened the lid, only to find out that that the drive thru filled my drink all the way to the top with ice. What a rip off! When I went to the window, they told me they do not allow any refills, not even at a reduced price, and they wanted $4.32 to sell me another drink, again with no refills. We liked our brisket sandwich so much, we decided to order it again. This time we bought the Bosswhich ($8.79) for each of us. There are several choices depending on how much meat you want. The price can go up to over $10.00. We ordered our brisket sandwich without cheese and mayonnaise. The sandwich has a beef patty with brisket on top, onion, pickle and barbecue sauce. According to the manager, Armando, you cannot pay for food and decide you don't like it and bring it back. When I buy chicken nuggets or chicken bites I would like it to be real chicken and not pressed chicken. For a quick and tasty bite, Rally's is where it's at. They have 2 drive thrus and 1 walk-up window. We usually go to the walk-up window and get fast service. Customer service is always hit or miss. I find customer service is better in the drive thru than the walk-up window. The fries here are iconic, and you can never go to a Rally's and NOT get their fries. You gotta get them. Perfectly seasoned and fried every time. I ended up getting a fish sandwich this last time to try it out, and I probably won't end up getting that again. The fish fillet was overly fishy, hardly any sauce, small, and very dry. It's not worth the price I paid. Other than the fish sandwich, though, their burgers are super yummy and decently priced. I don't care for this place. Service is always rude. The burgers don't have much flavor. Their seasoned fries can be good but can be drenched in oil and soggy most of the time. Service is fast and I do like how they have drive thru on the left and right. They also have a walk up window which is very convenient. This Rally's has been here probably before I was even born! I remember as a little girl my parents would take my middle sister and I here for treats. They have always been consistently good. Rally's is my favorite drive thru fast food eatery. Even as a teenager attending Ahwahnee Middle school and Hoover High school was so walkable it has always been a hot spot! However, the dude and I come here every few months well it use to be very often until I started my lifestyle change. Anywho, we came the day schools announced closures and all stores were raided. Several issues on our most recent experience. I cannot eat MAYO and my dude and I specifically ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches NO Mayo add cheese and bacon so simple right? Apparently not, as when we pulled up they got the order wrong and tried to charge us for a different meal...we informed them TWICE at the window what our order was and I guess they gave it to another customer on accident. So we had to wait even longer for our food. We finally got it left to go to Save Mart which I checked both sandwiches and they had MAYO on it. We told them a total of 4 or 5 times no Mayo! So we had to come back and have them fix our order. They were not happy but I told I let them know we told them several times no Mayo which is not the customer fault. I like mustard on my chili dog and usually ask for onions on the side, so I can just sprinkle on a few. l don't care for cheese on mine, but it IS an option at Rally's. The fries at Rally's are good. Hot and fresh. They have a coating and seasoning on them. You can order your dog or burger as a combo. You get a soft drink and save some money on the combo. Understand the two stars are for the customer service I received last night from one of the biggest b*tches in fast food management history! Not once when we go here is our order right, and we have come to expect it. But we love the fries, and until I find a better fast food joint with great fries we go here. Last night about 9:25pm we drive up to place our order, the same exact time their delivery shipment truck arrived. So we try to place our order, and the lady said I can't hear you talk louder. So we try again at least 4 times to explain & advise of the coupons we have with no luck since she still cant hear us. So we decided to keep it simple & just order our meal, which she actually heard. We get to the window & tell her we have coupons, to which she starts yelling at us "From now on you need to tell me you have the coupons before you come to the window". I tell her we tried, but you said you couldn't hear us. She said I never said that I can hear just fine, and she started to yell again! At this point I asked her are you really yelling at us, to which she changed the subject immediately! Then to someone names Erica (a fellow coworker) how we (my husband and I) are f^cking idiots in Spanish (which I completely understood). At this point I am beyond pissed but decided to let it play out. Our order took 14 minutes to reach us (two chicken boxes, a bacon burger meal customized, and a extra fry), and she tells us our small fry was upgraded to a medium for the inconvenience. Generally, I don't have a problem with this store, but when it takes a) 30 minutes for an order (accounting for the time it takes for chicken wings to be made) to receive food with b) the burgers sitting there that same amount of time to get cold and c) a customer legit gets told "I wouldn't eat it", maybe don't go to a branch that can't get their processes together.
