I was then informed that NO modifications can be made to this special, I stated that requesting that my chicken is cooked properly isn't a modification, she says it is...I asked for a refund. Came in to order my food excellent service place was clean. They made my food on time and had really good customer service. Leslie and Patrica were the ones to help out at the register greeting everyone who came in. There was a customer who was giving attitude and being rude all because she had to use a different register then the one she's used to paying at. Both of the women handled the situation very well and also kept there composure. Patrica even asked if there was anything she can do to accommodate the customer she said no and was going to leave a bad review. After she left we had a small chat I apologized on the customers behalf and Patrica was so sweet. If you are in customer service you should know how to treat and talk to anyone regardless of their age they are customers.
