My mind told me NOT to go to this location, because I had never been there before and will NOT be returning, it was enroute. I ordered the $9 "Flavor box" and as Patrice was closing out my order, I asked for my chicken to be well done. I was then informed that NO modifications can be made to this special, I stated that requesting that my chicken is cooked properly isn't a modification, she says it is...I asked for a refund. Normally, it takes about 15 minutes to get my order, but within the time of me asking for well done chicken and a refund, my ordered was already bagged and behind Patrice; less than 5 minutes. She asked if I wanted to check for satisfaction or get a refund, I should have gotten my money back but I took a chance and just as I was trying to prevent, the chicken wasn't fully cooked. I send a complaint, letting "corporate" know that the policy is stupid and guess who called to follow up on the complaint, Patrice, because they go directly to her, due to it being a franchise. She calls like it's an AHA moment, reiterating what she said in the store. I reminded her that I was there and suggested she inform customers, BEFORE theyborder that crap, that it's "as-is" and probably already pre-packaged and re-heated, because how was it ready so fast? Came in to order my food excellent service place was clean. They made my food on time and had really good customer service. Leslie and Patrica were the ones to help out at the register greeting everyone who came in. There was a customer who was giving attitude and being rude all because she had to use a different register then the one she's used to paying at. Both of the women handled the situation very well and also kept there composure. Patrica even asked if there was anything she can do to accommodate the customer she said no and was going to leave a bad review. After she left we had a small chat I apologized on the customers behalf and Patrica was so sweet. Since there was a fundraiser for a local school, mostly it was students. She was very rude to them. If you are in customer service you should know how to treat and talk to anyone regardless of their age they are customers.
