    Al's Loaded Fries (Large)

Ordered loaded fries with all sauce on the side. The cook admitted she read the order wrong and still decided to give me the wrong order. Will probably think twice before ordering here again. Website also needs a revision. No option for cheese on the side. I assumed cheese falls under "sauce on the side"

Al's Hot Chicken is conveniently located in Hawthorne in a small shopping center not far from SpaceX and other shopping centers. The location has adequate parking, and the inside area is good enough to sit and eat at the location. There weren't many people in line, and it took about 20 minutes for the food. Customer service was great, but the reason I will not return and gave low stars is because the oil was extremely old, which was evident in how the food tasted--and you could probably tell by the look of the chicken. I will not return to this establishment and suggest the oil be changed sooner than the routine you currently have set.

Wanted to try this new chicken spot in town. Beatriz (the cashier) recommended half a chicken, I subbed it for leg and thigh. Oh my... this was delicious , saying juicy would be an understatement. I got it "x hot" which was spicy but not unbearable . It's halal or kosher for the people who prefer it. It's like Dave's hot chicken, but a better version of it. If you like hot chicken, it's worth checking this spot out

Pistachio 'pudding' ?? More like milk gelatin

Chicken was ok a little bland tbh but juicy and cooked perfectly. I feel like $20 for 3 tenders and fries and a drink was a little expensive (but what isn't these days).. the kicker is having to pay extra for a single dipping sauce i feel like they couldve included at least one for free and then maybe charge for additional Now the bad.. pistachio "pudding" was terrible. I dont like to waste food even when i dont care for it, but this went in the trash. Pudding shouldn't hold its shape out of the container its in, let alone should one be able to pick it up in your fingers in one piece. It tasted like a really firm milk jello with a faint rose water flavor and not even sweet. One the bright side, the store was spotless drinks were good and service from lady working the register was great!

I went here for the first time. I ordered a chicken sandwich ,When I took my first bite I felt something wasn't right, I ate hate half of it because I was hungry. It tasted like Nashville powder with no seasoning in it , my stomach started hurting 15 minutes after I ate it. The meat tasted a little old, or maybe freezer burnt. I know something was wrong with that chicken. I will never go back. I drove to another place to get 2 tacos, and it was nasty. Spent almost $40 for nothing.

My son suggested we stop at Ghost Sando Shop before I dropped him and his fiancée off. Great idea. My wife and I shared the Kickin' Chicken: chicken, BLAST spread, chipotle adobo, melted mozzarella and sharp cheddar, topped with lettuce, pickled jalapeño, tomato, and white onion. It was delicious. The guy at the counter was friendly and welcoming, and even delivered our sandwiches to us as we sat outside at one of the shaded tables - it was pleasant if you need a spot to eat versus taking it to go. One thing I really like on a sando is shredduce. It just makes a sandwich taste better. Not sure why. Ghost got it right. It wasn't busy shortly after opening on a Sunday, which was nice. I really enjoyed both the sandwich and the visit. We'll definitely be back. 5 stars.

It was delicious and the Dutch crunch bread was a good amount of crunch without being too hard that would rip open the roof of your mouth. I love the vegetable mix with it that included roasted peppers, pepperoncini but the Melrose spread was a tad bit much where it just oozed off the sandwich paper wrap. The sauce was good but a tad bit excessive. The staff was very nice but the food took longer than expected. Maybe that's because of them making it fresh but it seemed a tad bit longer than I expected for a non busy time I went (11am). Atmosphere is just your "fast" casual with outdoor seating which be nice when it doesn't become too cold or hot weather wise.

She argued with me and yelled at me, and got the chef to argue and yell at me, insisting the hash browns were indeed in the omelette. I continued to yell back at them, explaining that there were absolutely no hash browns in my omelette and I want a refund for the hash browns immediately. Finally, after making me yell and argue with them for probably 3 minutes in front of the whole restaurant, she finally agreed to refund the $3. Horrible service, and dishonest. I especially like their breakfast burritos and have had good experiences here before. Unfortunately, this visit didn't quite go as planned. The burrito itself still tasted good, so this felt more like an order mistake than a quality issue. One thing to note is they charge a fee for credit card purchases, so cash might save you a little if you come often. Overall, still a solid local spot for a quick bite, especially breakfast, and I'll probably still come back.

No complaints. Will purchase again. Price point is exceptional especially with the size that's given. No extra charge for adding milk either. Then about several mins later the same young lady handed me my order. So I took two bites while there and man !!! Them damn eggs are everything the reviews have been saying. They were soft and fluffy. Wasn't overcooked either. Bacon was nice and crunchy. Wasn't burnt or overcooked to crisp if you know what I mean lol. Perfect type of cheese to compliment the bread and bacon and eggs it was between. The way that cheese melts in n everything smh. And the bread !!! Genius idea. Reminds me of French toast.
